The deposit was 2,000 pesos. Room 707 was quite spacious. It was exceptionally clean, including the bathroom. The doorman was very紳士 and wonderful.

You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a ****** and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!

Overall: 4/5 Location: 4.5/5 Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee. Value: 4/5 Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee. Room: 3/5 The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music. Cleanliness: 5/5 Bathroom was neat and well-maintained. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities: 5/5 Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda. Final Take: Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

Check-in was super easy and convenient, highly recommend! The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It made for a really comfortable trip. The service was also very smooth; I could contact customer service anytime to resolve any issues.

Pros: Value for money, accessible and near SM north edsa, my room was near the elevator, clean and decent hotel. Cons- Noisy old aircon, no window, electrical wirings showing from the bed's headboard

I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

Quality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location! Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price. Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible. For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette... People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks . Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

Great location, right across from a mall. The hotel service was also very good. The room, though small, had everything you could possibly need – a safe, microwave, kettle, and even a sewing kit. The attention to detail was impressive, and the hygiene was excellent. When checking in, the front desk asked for our preferences, like high or low floor. We chose a high floor and got to enjoy two different views of Manila's cityscapes.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!
