Timmy Rose FelipeDefinitely enjoyed our wrist stay here this is not our first time in Boracay if I'm not mistaking this is our fifth time already and our second time to be staying at Newcoast area.
I love the fact that Savoy is part of the hotel chain where simplicity and affordability is maintained. Savoy Boracay surprisingly big and offers amenities tha other hotels in Boracay do not have.
The hotel has gym, spa, big pool, beach accesibility and shuttle for the D' Mall.
Appreciate the most the extra effort they prepare for our celebration, from the tv greetongs to the letters/cards,balloons and cakes they prepare for our kids birthday and our anniversary.
This is a great place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Boracay vacation without mizssing the paradise itself.

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Guest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

mariascapesWe stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences.
We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was.
From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge.
At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional.
The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy.
The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night.
Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress
just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent.
Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.

Mary Rose EsguerraWhat we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

Anonymous UserHad a wonderful 1-night stay at La Carmela de Boracay! Even though it was a short trip, I got some amazing rest. I slept for three hours right after checking in and another solid eight hours at night because the bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean, and all the amenities—the air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator—were working perfectly. I also loved that the room had its own private terrace and even included a Bible. While I didn't get a chance to try the pool, the hotel’s location is excellent since it is just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay! And thank you trip.com for giving promo and I got a chance to stay in this hotel.

JePayWe enjoyed our stay at Solina.
We were booked at Kamalig and it really looks and feels like we were doing a clamping.
They have pools as well and just a few steps away from the beach. They have a bonfire as well which offers s’mores which is fun not only for kids but for kids at hearth too.
Such a home away from home
They have a restaurant so it’s an added points for ua.

TinTravelsThe staff were accommodating, and both the hotel and our room were clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, Iloilo Central Market, and the port.
My only concern, which I also noted in their feedback form, was the water. The shower water seemed salty and slightly sticky, almost like seawater. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was pleasant.
Breakfast is served plated and is quite filling, and the internet connection is reliable. Overall, it offers good value for money.

DeodatusThe hotel has a good location. The room is spacious enough, and the food selection is also good.
However, our overall experience was disappointing.
First, the room air-conditioning unit was very noisy, which affected the comfort of our stay.
Second, some personnel were less attentive and, sadly, came across as condescending. One particular incident happened when one of my friends asked for extra tissue paper. The staff simply said that the only tissue available was the one already provided on the table. However, when I was the one who asked for extra tissue, they gave me some. This was disappointing because it showed inconsistency in service. Guests should be treated with the same attentiveness and courtesy, regardless of who is asking.
Another unpleasant experience happened after we had dinner at Festive Mall. We bought takeaway drinks from Starbucks and passed by the hotel pool area. Since there were no other guests there, we sat down for a while to enjoy the view. However, one of the bar personnel immediately approached us and, in an arrogant tone, said that outside food and drinks were not allowed. I understand that hotels have policies, but the way the policy was communicated was offensive and unnecessary.
I also booked a room for three guests, but the amenities provided were only good for two. I still had to call and request the additional items.
Honestly, I do not usually book hotels like this because I often feel they are not worth the money. I booked this stay mainly so my friends could experience it. Unfortunately, this experience turned out to be very disappointing.
Overall:
Good location, spacious room, and good food selection. However, the service needs serious improvement. For the price, I expected better promptness, gentleness, attentiveness, and consistency from the personnel. Sadly, I have experienced better service from other hotels with lower rates than Richmond.
