We had a truly beautiful experience staying here and it makes us sad that we only got to stay for one night in Bukhara. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the owner welcomed us with so much warmth and genuine care. They constantly checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. It did not feel like staying at a hotel at all, it felt like being welcomed by a family waiting for you away from home. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Every small detail showed how much they truly care about their guests. This place left such a special impression on us and we are already looking forward to coming back. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bukhara who wants not just a place to sleep, but a genuinely warm and memorable experience. ✨ Also sharing photos of where we went in Bukhara. Очень понравился отель в восточном стиле очень красивый,чистые уютные номера,вежливый персонал, красивая локация интерьера внутри.Хозяин отеля Анвар очень понравился помог с обменом денег,увёз нас в центр старого города подсказал какие экскурсии будут интересными.Однозачно рекомендую этот отель очень роскошный интерьер ,Если буду в Бухаре обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь.

It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this. Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious. And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free. And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon . I say thanks

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything.

I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area.

The environment is quite nice, close to the old town, and only 5 or 6 minutes from Jacques Castle, making it convenient for watching the sunset. Their eldest daughter is very capable, speaks fluent English, and handles all the reception duties. She can even help call a taxi. If you arrive early or leave late, there's nowhere to sit; luggage is stored in the courtyard, and you can only retrieve things by laying them out on the ground.

Для трехзвездочного отеля все в норме. Из плюсов: халаты в номере, хороший ресторан доступный с утра до ночи, хороший wi-fi, очень тихо) Из минусов: до старого города 20 минут пешком, идти неудобно, нужно пересекать трассы и спальный район. Постель большая, но неудобной я: нет наматрасника, плохие подушки, застиранное серое постельное белье. В душе нет напора, ванную набирать 3 часа.

We stayed for two days and were given a room on the 4th floor next to the restaurant. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was large. Hot water was strong and the breakfast was good, so you won't go hungry. There was no kettle in the room, but they quickly provided one upon request. There's a microwave in the restaurant, which you can use. Overall, I liked the hotel and recommend it.

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place
