The room is too big, the layout is neat and warm, the white decoration style is simple and generous. We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

Went for a business travel. It's a nice stay for business purpose, the room was nice, the bed very comfortable and enough clean. Quality-price very good. The atmosphere was very relaxing, with good wifi and enough common area spaces for work, if you don't want to stay the whole day in the room. The breakfast was okay: they provided the must have of the continental breakfast: coffee and toast. probably the chinese foods was very good but I wasn't ready for a noodle or dumpling in the morning. The staff has very good manners and always wanted to help. They provide as well for a complimentary afternoon tea til very late and it's very nice to drink a warm tea while working on the sofa of the common area. I got the chance to visit as well the center and it's about 3km far from the old street. Easy to rent a bike or ebike.

This is my first time to review a B&B. Maybe it’s because the experience is average and I want to give real feedback to my fellow friends. Regarding the location, it is next to the train station (you can see the train). If you want to go to the affiliated hospital, shopping district and other places, it is relatively close, all about 2 kilometers away. Although it is a train station, there is really no noise. This needs to be realistic. Regarding convenience, when I arrived, I discovered that there was a staircase, because it was an old-fashioned building from the past, and it was on the fifth floor. *** My parents were worried when they were standing downstairs, so we took the older and younger ones with us. Not recommended anymore. Regarding hygiene, this is what I am most dissatisfied about. Although it is a renovated B&B, I am really not satisfied with it when I see it in person. Attached are some detailed pictures of the toilet and kitchen, especially the toothbrush cup. Whether it is a hotel or a B&B, I feel it is hygienic. It should be the first priority. If you are not clean, your mood will hit rock bottom first. The whole family did not find a comb. My dad said it was really not thoughtful. Regarding attitude, the landlord will contact you and add WeChat before you move in, because he is afraid that the location of the house will be difficult to find. A room is 50 square meters, and only one bedroom is heated. The dining room and the other bedroom are cold. *** My parents used two quilts to cover themselves at night. When they got up in the morning, they wore cotton-padded jackets in the dining room. It was a little cold at night. I asked the landlord and he got a reply near noon the next day, so I won't comment further. Generally speaking, the experience of this B&B is not just average. At a price of more than 160, I think there are many more cost-effective ones in Hohhot. I hope the landlord will make serious improvements. I arrived on my own to Inner Mongolia and left with a heart full of experiences, adventures and good friends all happy to discover with an open mind. Beds are comfortable and daily cleaning is in place, location is super whether coming from the train station or airport you can reach the hostel in less than 15-20 minutes by metro. The atmosphere in the hostel is precious and this is all in grand part due to Hang Gai & fam ‘s warm welcome. I will always remember the immense grasslands and the valuable discussions. I am touched and it was hard to leave but I am sure I will be right back if ever in Hohhot again.
