Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
The hotel upgraded our room, provided us with an extra bed, allowed us late check-out and provided smiling/prompt service. Overall a very good experience.
Lano Hotel (Lhasa Potala Palace)
4.8/5836 Reviews
Potala Palace/Sun Island
Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.
Qomo Langzong Urcove Hotel

Facilities: Complete facilities, diffuse oxygen supply, humidifier, Dyson hair dryer, etc., sufficient supply of mineral water. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are OK Environment: The lobby environment is very grand, and the restaurant viewing position is also great Service: The service is particularly good. When checking in, I was given a souvenir and Hada, which is said to be blessed by Tashilhunpo Monastery. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type. The breakfast is also good and rich. Tashilhunpo Monastery pick-up and drop-off: The driver who picked up and dropped off was very nice, warm, simple and considerate. On the way, he also introduced us to the landmark buildings with Shigatse characteristics. Train station pick-up and drop-off courtesy: I took the train to make an appointment for the pick-up and drop-off service. The driver was very enthusiastic and drove smoothly. I felt at home when I got off the car. Special drinks: My order included afternoon tea and set meals. I had to go to the restaurant on the eighth floor for dinner. It was delicious and the taste was particularly good 👍 I just forgot to take pictures. I was very full and swept away the fatigue of the lazy boat. In summary, the experience of this stay was still very good, and the cost performance was super high.
Thangka Hotel

Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

Lobrinka
You can always trust Shangri-La! I felt the warmth when I checked in. Ashley Chen wrote the luxury club privileges and reminded me to slow down and not to take a shower on that day. Happy Hour: Good environment, rich variety, the lady from Ya'an is nice, the service is very good👍 The dishes of Shang Palace are as stable and delicious as always😋
ChunQiu Oxygen-Rich Hotel
4.9/54906 Reviews
Potala Palace/Sun Island
The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.
VIP Building, Xigaze Gesar Hotel
4.6/5267 Reviews
The hotel is very clean and bright, the facilities are very good, the front desk decoration is very Tibetan, there are many locals staying, such as monks. Breakfast is the most abundant hotel I have encountered, with Chinese and Tibetan options. The most important thing is pet friendly! The hotel will provide laundry service, but the phone asked that more than two items will be charged separately, and you can see the price list at the front desk.
Lhasa Chijiang Larang Historic Hotel (Bakuo Street Jokhang Temple Branch)
4.8/5659 Reviews
Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
I was walking by this place while shopping and thought it was a tourist attraction. But when I went in, it turned out to be a hotel. When I asked about the price, it was cheap, so I booked a regular king-size bed room. The owner directly upgraded it to a 180° king-size bed room. Lazhen at the front desk was very welcoming ❤️ The Indian food on the first floor was also very delicious ✌🏻 This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in.
PENTSOK KANGSANG-POTALA VIEW HOTEL
4.8/54720 Reviews
Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple
The environment is very good. The restaurant upstairs can directly see the Potala Palace, which is beautiful. It is very convenient to have oxygen supply all day long. It is not so dry when you turn on the humidifier at night. The service is very thoughtful. If you need it, you can come to your door quickly. The breakfast is good. Recommended!
PENTSOK KANGSANG-EVEREST BASE CAMP OXYGENATE HOTEL
4.7/52352 Reviews
Pingcuo Kangsang Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to a suite when I arrived at the hotel. The room was large, with one bedroom and one living room. It was also very clean, with a separate toilet and separate wet and dry bathrooms. The hotel can contact the scenic area's eco-friendly car to pick you up at the hotel entrance. The drive takes about an hour, which is very convenient. The service was also very warm and thoughtful. After checking in, the lady took me to the parking lot. While I was packing my luggage, the lady helped me turn on the oxygen, which was very considerate. When I came back from Mount Everest in the evening, there were fruits on the table. The breakfast was also very rich, the richest hotel along the way, and there was coffee. It was very good. If I must make a small suggestion, it could be more thoughtful in the details, such as putting an extra trash can and paper towels in the sink for more convenience. But in short, it is highly recommended.
