Merit park was great as always, the comfort of our home in Kyrenia is irreplaceable. The staff is always there for you, the service is great, the food is nice, the room is clean, the facilities are unlimited, ****** is nice, what else can you ask for.. Merit quality is not surprising..

The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are insufficient in number.
Even though we made our reservation on July 5, we were told that the reservation was not confirmed and the payment was pending. We made a one-night deposit. 1 day later, they said that the money was paid and the deposit was refunded to us.

Since the room allocated to us was under renovation, we were placed in a random room after a few tries. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Especially the tops of the seats were in terrible condition. Likewise, the toilet was not at the desired level of cleanliness. The hotel is generally old and needs renovation.

GGuest UserOur stay was ruined by construction work continued for 4 days during our stay and noise was immense due to metal rotary cutter and hammering noise around swimming pool. We requested higher floor and quiet accommodation at the hotel as we were going to spend time with 7 months grand child. No one helped us. Also next door ground digging work added more misery. They should have informed us before welcoming us there. We booked a suite and that was no good as it was duplex, so they gave us ordinary delux room but continued charging for a suite. No companencsation were awarded or offered.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. The sea is crystal clear. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality. The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children.

AADEMThe wedding was said to have not been paid, despite having booked a couple of hotels, and they were waited for a long time, and this was not compensated, unfortunately, for the service sector, we made a shameful situation months ago and the credit card is out of us. proving the situation about 1-1.5 hour later was resolved a very sad situation tragedy (.)
