Hotels With Pool in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time.

Breakfast was very good and luckily served until 10:30 a.m. because it was school holidays. The room was nice, too, although a bit small, but we had booked the cheapest category. However, we chose this hotel because of the pool and sauna. The pool was broken and unusable. The sauna is actually available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., but you have to call ahead or wait half an hour to use it in the morning. That's not a problem, but if you don't know, it's simply annoying. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time! It's a shame, because this could have been avoided with proper communication.

I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. Good hotel, everything was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable for me. Staff was great. Only thing that bothered me was that the breakfast was amazing on the first morning of my stay, but then a bit disappointing after - a staple like bacon was missing, there was no fried eggs, and I highly preferred the potato croquettes over the potato wedges.

It's located across from Cologne Cathedral, and looks spectacular lit up at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was happy to have free water in the room, but perhaps because Germany is an environmentally advanced country, it was bottled water rather than plastic bottles. It's inconvenient to carry around, but it was enough for making tea in the room. If I had to say something negative, it would be that you have to cross a bridge to get to Cologne Cathedral and the station, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase.

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

Location, room, service, and breakfast were all excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator in the guesthouse was out of order. I was immediately offered a luggage service and free entry to the sauna, which I thought was very thoughtful. The breakfast is superb. A wide variety of dishes and extras, such as waffle batter for making your own. The room was very large and well-equipped.

Great location and nice hotel. We did find some dead bugs in the room but the rest of the amenities and room was pretty clean. Staff were friendly and the swimming pool was nice!

the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so.

Excellent hotel! Clean, tidy, fully equipped, a prime location, and above all, fantastic service and staff who think along with you and ensure a good and pleasant stay! Highly recommended!
