I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1. This is a hotel invested in by China National Petroleum Corporation in Egypt, and its dining and amenities all feature Chinese characteristics. First, the breakfast menu includes fried dough sticks, purple rice porridge, tomato and egg noodles, milk, honeydew melon, oranges, and more, guaranteed to satisfy even your Chinese palate. Second, you can order lunch and dinner directly from your room. While the hotel's prices are in US dollars, which might seem intimidating, the menu includes a wide selection of home-cooked dishes and common household items. It's affordable, ensuring you'll feel at home while abroad. The food is delicious and filling. It's refreshing... 2. The hotel is very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, less than 800 meters away, making it within walking distance. The Pyramids are also 3 kilometers away, making it a great base for a short break. 3. The hotel offers excellent value for money, including slippers and Chinese-style power sockets. 4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the Chinese management team often offers preferential treatment to domestic guests.

Our experience was really great: the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is top notch and you can enjoy your coffee in front of the Pyramid: simply amazing. The rooms are clean, WIFI is working well, the Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is big and the area around it is nice, the water in April could have been a little bit warmer though. All in all a top experience, would come back any time.

I am convinced back in the 80's, this hotel was considered to be the height of luxury. In 2025, most people would disagree. It's a good 45-minute walk to the main centre whilst other similar classes of hotels like Semiramis were much closer. Staff were polite, but the service was poor. The waiting time at checkin exceeded 40 minutes. It was noticeable that there were more staff on the other side of the counter, apologiesing to customers than actual check staff. The rooms were clean, but the design was old-fashioned. Large room but very small toilet lacking space to put things out. The hotel has two in-house restaurants, both were grossly overpriced, and the food was unremarkable. The gym was huge and well equipped, but I failed to understand why anyone wanted to stay in a hotel for a serious workout. The things that mattered, such as jukuzi and sauna, were tiny and dirty. The outdoor pool was more like a paddle pool. Overall, there are much better hotels available at a similar price point.

Very new hotel, rich breakfast, like the freshly made pitta cake. The bed was very comfortable and it was about 30 minutes drive from the pyramid scenic spot. Hotel security is strict. . . .

If you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing. This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended. Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated

Nice enough hotel. It's not completely quiet, but nowhere is in Egypt. The breakfast buffet could do with more local options like foul, falafel, and tabouleh. Decent enough area, about thirty minutes from the pyramids, and a short walk to downtown Cairo.

The lady at the front desk of the hotel is very cute. The uncle who took our luggage to the room was very responsible. He also introduced us to places where we could have fun and where to buy souvenirs cheaply. He also said that there was a place not to go because the things were very expensive. I thought I had to tip him at first, but he walked away without looking back. He was absolutely serious and friendly. The road is being repaired at the door, so just walk a short distance inside. Be wary of illegal taxis around the hotel. Try to get a taxi in the room before going downstairs, otherwise the illegal taxi driver will keep harassing you. There is a computer on the first floor of the hotel for tourists to use. We used this computer to successfully book tickets on the train ticket booking website, and the Internet speed was also good.

The stay is comfortable, but the requests through the reception staff and the restaurant are not notified to each other by special requests .. In the sense that if the lips change and you were asking for a service from before him you must return the request and this is annoying .. some rooms the air conditioning sound is very high and needs maintenance .. but overall the stay is very good

GGuest UserThe shower head only has a few strong streams of water, and the rest of the water is too weak, which makes the skin hurt when those few streams hit it, and I dare not stand forward. But in fact, I didn't get much water on it. I couldn't adjust the water flow, and the water that came out had an earthy smell. The carpet in the room was not very clean, and the quilt was always damp. The coffee capsules I drank on the first day were not replenished on the second day. The small bottle of water was charged and I didn't have to pay first, I had to pay by card. The front desk finally told me hope to see you again, and it was the only time I said no you will not in all the hotels I have stayed in🥶🥶🥶🥶By the way, I caught a cold on the second day of staying in the hotel🤒I didn't even turn on the air conditioner in the hotel. This hotel is a bit unlucky for me🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️

AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either. From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.

GGuest UserWhat a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!

CChandreThe location is great as our main attraction was the Great pyramids of Giza. The view is beautiful from the rooftop restaurant and pool. The service was amazing. The workers were very accommodating and made sure our needs were always met. Breakfast was average, there could be more of a variety. Lunch and dinner options were quite tasty.

DDarrienThe hotel was perfect for the price range and I had a surprisingly amazing view of the pyramids from my room on the 6th floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Abdo (the guy that works at reception) helped me plan and book all of my tours and even helped arrange a room for me when I got back after a tour to have a shower and relax, I had a late flight, so this was very helpful. He even helped organize a breakfast pack and store my luggage early in the morning as I had to leave before 7a.m for a camping trip. The bathroom and room was clean and well maintained. The balcony on the 6th floor was great to relax and enjoy looking at the pyramids.the restaurant on the top floor also has great views of the pyramids. You can enjoy this while having a good meal. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Giza and want to wake up to a beautiful view of the pyramids.

AAndreinaI'll stay again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very modern and beautiful with the Egyptian culture in the design well worth the price is so good. There's a pool open 24h and the view is spectacular, you see all the pryramids while having a coffee or drink by the pool. The pyramids are just 10min away by Uber very convenient. They supply with airport drop off for an extra charge and they alll speak English and feiendly. Great breakfast included. For those exploring the ancient city bring cash in Egyptian pounds or dollars as turist places are expensive and always leave some cash for tip, they are doing their best. Overall a wonderful experience, remember you are in Egypt and things, driving and culture are very different. The first is my favourite photo of the trip and was taken in the floor above the pool. Enjoy

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel among the concrete jungle of Cairo, just a piece of paradise! Honestly, I did not expect much for this money, but the result exceeded all my expectations! From the threshold you find yourself in the garden near the pool, there is a bar with delicious coffee and very nice bartenders. Convenient location, across the road there is a direct bus directly to Tahrir in Downtown, 15 minutes by taxi to the Pyramids, also not far from the Mall of Egypt. Nearby is a Chill Out gas station, with a huge number of cafes and restaurants where you can eat deliciously. We stayed in a two-room suite, huge, clean, beautiful, with a large veranda and a chic table in the hallway. I highly recommend it, and will definitely come back!
