Very convenient location close to main station. Nice clean helpful staff and only we were in shared bathroom there were no toilet paper but everything else was great 😊

The hotel is located in the Carcassonne Castle, next to the church, with a beautiful environment. It is a historic castle hotel. The navigation position of our Mercedes-Benz business car was a little off, so we parked in the riverside parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel then used a small car to pull the luggage to the hotel. The swimming pool is not open in winter, and you can hike in the castle in the morning. The hotel garden is very exquisite. Breakfast ends at 10:15, which is a bit too early for a resort hotel. Dinner requires reservations. We didn't make reservations in advance and had to eat outside. The hotel recommended a restaurant next door, a 5-minute walk away. The dishes were amazing and we had two meals in a row. We stayed in a family suite with a large bed and an 80 cm single bed. We stayed in 4 people, and the hotel added a single bed for us free of charge. The toiletries are all Clarins, the shower water is very large, the room is well heated, and the stay is very comfortable, which is very suitable for family vacations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, and the castle black chocolate presented is also delicious.

One large bed for us parents and a fold-out sofa for our son. Very tasty breakfast - buffet: sweet, salty, juices, coffee, tea. We really liked the room, although from the outside the hotel needs a little restoration from mold.

Facilities: To be honest, I have nothing to picky about this environment within 500. Very quiet, the hotel also has a lovely meteorite edge pasture. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the seaside. Service: The front desk is off work at 10 o'clock and check in by yourself. Fairly convenient. Breakfast 9.9 Self-service did not eat, it is recommended to eat. Because the cafe on the street is eight or nine times open, you can go to the Carrefour supermarket in town... Environment: The bathroom is small and the girls are cramped in the station. And the bathroom has no door, and the bath water is scattered.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son correctas, aunque las fotos del buscador y el precio te hacen pensar en un hotel de una categoría superior. Las almohadas necesitan cambiarse. Y el desayuno, muy variado, pero muy justito de calidad en embutidos y quesos. La estancia, en su conjunto, y toda vez que para nosotros era para una noche de paso, la calificamos como positiva.

The view of the room is very good, ten minutes away is the public beach, very convenient. The hotel environment is closed and parking spaces are not worrying. The breakfast is not very rich, some chicken ribs, but there are no other cafes and bakeries around, you can eat at the hotel. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, but it is not close to various supermarkets. The only thing that can be improved is that some of the sisters who clean the room are not very careful. They often forget to replenish drinking water in the room and go to the restaurant to ask for it.

Good location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good. Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.
