I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing. Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk. If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.

The room is good, only the parking is a little bit difficult to park since it was too small. Located on the city centre so no worries about finding restaurant and so on
