They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.

Non bad, but quite low quality room and general structure for s 4* - not really worth the money but was comfortable and quite clean. My colleague found sheets with yellow marks on the bed, so that wasn't great.

I like this hotel, i has been here for several times. Good services, clean room, but for now wellcome drink is gone.? Overall good.
