Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

It's excellent – clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities are also great, and the bathroom is spotless and well-stocked with amenities.

I loved the beautiful view from the swimming pool overlooking Mount Merapi and Mount Singgalang — truly a unique experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy the mountain view as clearly as I had hoped. Still, the overall experience was relaxing and worth it.

Recommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

Here I expalin my experience during my saty at Santika Hotel Padang, I asking for Tissue Toilet by Phoen to receiption and say will send to my Room,after 30 minute tissue not arrived then I call again saya will be send this tissue also Not arrived there is only Talk but Nothing,thanks.

Among the best hotels in Batusangkar. There was a Minang dance show during our stay until Sunday. Overall very satisfied with this hotel

The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

Despite only staying for a day, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and the food was delicious. My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant to offer butter for the bread instead of margarine. Also, the room's fragrance was a bit too strong, almost overwhelming! (haha). Other than these points, everything was great.

Overall is ok , the room looks abit old but overall is clean , breakfast area is nice

I just stay here for a night and unfortunately it was rainy in the morning, so i couldn't explore more outdoor activities. In overall, the location is quite good, i can see mountain view from my balcony window. Room space also big enough for me and my family. Receptionist and the team were very friendly too.
