The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

My stay at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a peaceful and spiritual ambiance, making it an ideal place to relax after visiting the Tirumala Temple. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, courteous, and always eager to assist, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was fresh, extensive, and well organized. The hotel is well maintained, with beautiful architecture, landscaped gardens, and excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Overall, it offers great value for money and a memorable experience. I highly recommend Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati to families, couples, and pilgrims looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tirupati.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

I had a pleasant overnight stay at Grand Vijayawada by GRT Hotels in Labbipet. The location is very convenient and close to the main areas of Vijayawada, which made travel easy. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. It would be even better if the hotel could showcase some local cultural artworks or handicrafts to give guests a stronger feel of the region. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

Great hotel with an amazing of the Vijayawada city, also the hotel staff provided great hospitality. The buffet had many international cuisines ***** with other Indian foods. The rooms were also very modern and stylish. The terrace had an amazing infinity pool accompanied by the view of Vijayawada. The hotel staff ***** with their friendliness made this a very auspicious occasion. Great hotel, it is a must visit with your family.

A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.
