Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. However, it's located right next to a foul-smelling ditch, so the outside areas could be quite malodorous. Inside the hotel, though, there was no smell at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the spa was also very relaxing. Overall, it was still a pretty good experience.
The service is very good, some facilities have problems, the lights in the living room are broken, and the washing water will leak into the living room. Breakfast is ok, no change every day
This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the manager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

The rooms were spacious, clean and properly maintained. The service was quick and courteous. The staff was polite and helping. The breakfast had great variety and tasted excellent! The staff took good care and was extremely polite and helpful.
Overall, an experience to remember and cherish!!

After check out, there is a luggage storage service and you can also use the swimming pool at the Marriott on the opposite side.
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!
GGuest UserFEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.
