3rd time staying in this hotel and always a good experience! booked the triple room this time. room has 3 single beds. bed is comfortable and room is clean. really like the toilet of this hotel lol, its clean, shower is decently sized, lots of countertop space. room had a nice view of the sea outside! theres a few washing machine and dryers for use too. service was great too I shipped a parcel and front desk helped to receive it. BUT for this particular room type.. its abit of a squeeze to open 3 medium size suitcase. aft opening all 3 suitcases the space left to walk is quite narrow. location is quite good and convenient for driving ~ many parking lots nearby. also walking distance black pork street, dongmun market and a shopping street. theres also a big CU right infront of the hotel. supermarket a short walking distance too!

I bought a last-minute ticket to Jeju Island and chose this hotel mainly because it's right above Lotte Duty Free, close to the airport, and has convenient bus access nearby. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the area. The two ladies who helped me check in and check out both spoke excellent English. Even the gentleman downstairs at the lobby entrance, who handles the free shuttle and luggage storage, spoke decent English, so communication was a breeze. Room cleaning was thorough every day, and my pajamas were always neatly folded! The ocean view room overlooked the airport, so I could watch planes take off and land, although there was definitely some noise.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, very close to Dongmun Market, Chilseong-ro Street, and Black Pork Street—all within a 5-minute walk. The room is nice, and the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service are all up to par!

During the October National Holiday, which coincided with a Korean holiday, the hotel was fully booked. We were assigned a room on the outermost side, meaning everyone walked past our door. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent, and I barely slept a wink the whole night. We only managed to switch rooms on the second day. The hotel's breakfast buffet required waiting, as their capacity to handle guests was poor; we waited for about 30 minutes. The service was lacking, making for a less than ideal experience. If you're traveling with children for the theme park, I'd recommend choosing Shinhwa Resort because it includes free tickets to both parks. Also, the food throughout the entire resort area is quite mediocre. I'd advise against visiting Hanrawon; the service, taste, and value for money were all disappointing.

We chose this hotel due to its location close to Seongsan Ilchulbong which turned out to be its only advantage. The outdoor swimming pool is useless since it’s right in front of a cafe and all the visitors observe the pool while having a meal, so there was no one swimming in the pool because it feels too awkward. There is no actual lobby where one can stay in case of arriving before check-in time, there’s only a small room with a reception desk which is usually no one at. So far I came to the lobby 4 times and there was no staff around. At 3 a.m. due to the rain, our room was powered off. We didn’t have any light or electricity even to charge our phones. In the morning I visited the lobby room several times, again there was no one to help. When I tried to contact the property, no one replied my calls. The service is terrible. To sum up, location and a hot tub are advantageous. Otherwise, I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is located in the heart of Jeju City, right next to Shilla Duty Free Shop, offering an excellent location. The service from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was great, and they even spoke Chinese. The gentleman at the front desk, pictured in my photos, provided exceptionally good service. The rooms were clean and tidy. Shilla Duty Free Shop is right in front of the hotel, making shopping very convenient. There's also a CU convenience store around the corner, and a KFC on the hotel's first floor. If you walk past KFC, there's a fried chicken place on the second floor called [forgot the name] Chicken, which was incredibly delicious and had enthusiastic service. The staff there spoke English too, so I highly recommend checking it out if you're interested.

The room was spacious and well kept. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes walk to seogwipo olle market. It can be a quiet area at night, as it is opposite a park and the neighbourhood are mainly shops. Walking distance of about 30mins to some tourist sites that is close to nature. The walk to Saesom island can be a climb. But the view is amazing. Grateful to the staff and thank you for a late check out.

The hotel's location is right by the sea, and waking up to the stunning view in the morning was incredibly beautiful. I booked this place specifically for the scenery. If your budget allows, I highly recommend upgrading to a 4th-floor room; it'll be even better 👍

Getting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point.

This was my first time bringing my family to Jeju, and we chose Lotte Hotel for the last two nights. The room was neat and clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The outdoor water park was definitely the highlight. The restaurant's food was fresh and varied, highly recommended! The hotel's night view was also lovely. There were plenty of dining options right outside the hotel at night, including fried chicken, seafood, and BBQ. Overall, very satisfied! 👍
