Guest UserOverall, my stay was very satisfying, offering great value for money and a comfortable, secure experience. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and dining, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's rest. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. They were gentle and patient in answering all my questions, and their attention to detail made me feel truly cared for.
The room itself was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout and a spacious, airy feel – no strange odors at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making it very relaxing to lie down and ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, toiletries were comprehensive and clean, and hot water supply was abundant and consistent. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the essential facilities were complete and well-maintained. The overall cleanliness and hygiene details were meticulously handled.
The public areas were also clean, tidy, and elegantly arranged, all very well-kept. The overall living experience was quiet, pleasant, and relaxing, making it perfect for both short trips and longer stays. Considering the service, environment, cleanliness, and location, this is definitely a highly recommendable hotel. It's a 10/10 experience, and I'll prioritize staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free and very close to the Baojian Road pedestrian street. You can easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. There's also an 'About Coffee' shop next door, which is quite charming. It's super convenient to get to Emart and the Hyatt. Overall, a fantastic stay!

DuoduobuduoVI have to say, it was seeing pictures of this hotel's infinity pool online that immediately made me book a flight to Jeju Island. The weather was perfect, and it was totally worth the trip. From the doorman to the front desk, the service was excellent and very welcoming. We stored our luggage and kept bothering the bellboys to get things out of our bags and change clothes, but the Korean staff enthusiastically helped us every time without any hint of impatience. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and we arrived at 11 AM. We went out for some BCH fried chicken, and when we came back before 2 PM, the front desk let us check into our room early. We didn't book a sea view because we spent all our time at the pool. We swam during the day and went back at night – the pool lighting at night was absolutely stunning. We only got back to the room at 10 PM and just went straight to sleep, which saved us some money. Although the room wasn't huge, it was very quiet, and the bedding was super comfortable and clean; I slept really well. The transportation is extremely convenient; the 600 bus is 4500 KRW per person, point-to-point to and from the airport. A taxi to the Jusangjeolli Cliff was also very convenient, only 6000 KRW. Most of the guests were Korean, not many Chinese. The brunch right outside the hotel is absolutely delicious. The hotel's boardwalk is also beautiful, leading straight down to a beach.

Absolutely fantastic! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It came fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils we needed, which was great – we even cooked ramen in the room, a really wonderful experience. There was a lovely painting in the hallway, I think it was introducing Jeju Island? And to my surprise, we could even watch Chinese historical dramas on TV, haha!
The owner was incredibly friendly and explained all the room's features in Mandarin, which my mom could easily understand. We also got to try the owner's special banana milk, which instantly boosted our stay!
Most importantly, there were huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing ocean views. You truly get a superb experience even without leaving the room. Just outside the room, there's also an observation deck that's perfect for photos. Although it rained for the first two days of our trip to Jeju, we saw a beautiful sunset on the third evening, and the last day was completely clear and sunny, making for a rich experience overall.
There's a McDonald's right next door (cash or card only) and a cafe with delicious coffee. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance too. Getting to the city center is easy by taxi, or you can take a bus if you're not in a hurry – both are very convenient.
Overall, it was absolutely wonderful! It's been a long time since I've had such an enjoyable trip, and I'm so grateful to the owner for providing such a fantastic place to stay.

Guest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay.
A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views.
From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt.
Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there.
Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).

Our group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained.
However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.

The front desk staff, restaurant crew, cleaning team, and everyone else were all incredibly friendly! The hotel has an old-money vibe, with sculptures and marble floors/walls that are exceptionally well-maintained. The greenery is abundant, and there's a path leading down to a hiking trail and the beach. The breakfast is incredibly rich and high-quality, and in the evenings, there's a live band by the pool. If I visit Jeju again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. (You can swap your breakfast reservation for the lunch buffet, which is also excellent, but you need to inform the front desk in advance to make the change.)

Zhaoguangmei-MoonOur whole family thought this place was good, but there's room for improvement, which I'll list out:
Areas for improvement:
1. The pool fee is 1000 KRW (about 5 RMB) and is paid to the hotel upon check-out.
2. The pool water wasn't very clean.
3. The curtains in our room had oil stains, and the sheets and duvet covers were damaged (Room 916).
4. Transportation isn't very convenient (by bus). There's only one bus stop nearby, and it's not very close. We always had to take a bus to the bus terminal (lines 431, 432) and then transfer to another bus.
Pros:
1. The location is excellent. It's near the sea (no beach), and it's lively at night, great for a run. There's a seafood street by the sea, and it's not far from Dongmun Market. There are 7-Eleven, CU convenience stores, and BHC fried chicken nearby (don't get the cheese flavor, it's very greasy and sweet, but they do provide side dishes, cola, and cheese sauce). It's also not far from Chilseong-ro and there's a supermarket next door.
2. The hotel has deep, shallow, and hot spring-like pools.

The hotel environment was just okay, to be honest. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and you could walk straight out to the outside from the balcony door, which meant privacy was a bit lacking. There were tons of tour groups every day, making check-in a slow process. On our second day, nothing in the room was replenished. I'm pretty sure they only vacuumed the floor and made the bed. Nothing else was wiped down; stains on the mirror and dust on the desk were still there after housekeeping. I had to disinfect and wipe the toilet seat myself, or you'd better bring your own toilet cover, otherwise, you'll find it's dirty even after a quick wipe. Breakfast options were very limited, not much to choose from. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed annoyed by Chinese tourists. Besides being close to the theme park and water park, I generally wouldn't recommend it.
