Our flight back from Jeju Island was early in the morning, so I booked the Lotte City Hotel near the airport. It's about a five or six-minute drive, and a taxi only cost around 20-25 RMB. Getting a taxi even at 5 AM was very convenient. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Downstairs, there's a Lotte Duty Free shop, though it doesn't have a huge selection. If you go out and turn right at the small intersection, there's an Olive Young, which is handy for restocking. The Shilla Duty Free is only about a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants along the way.

Anonymous UserArriving on a rainy day, staff immediately greeted us, opening the car door and helping with luggage. They even escorted us to our room after check-in. Even when we didn't tip upon departure, they still had a smile, which was really nice.
The view from the window was the parking lot, but the hotel exterior looked quite grand and upscale. The room amenities were a bit basic and can't compare to similarly priced hotels back home, but for Jeju Island, it was acceptable.
The bedding wasn't very comfortable, but I still fell asleep instantly due to how tired I was from the day's activities.
The location is extremely convenient; Shilla Duty-Free, a pharmacy, and various restaurants are right downstairs. Getting a taxi to go anywhere was also very easy. Overall, it was a decent stay.

DuoduobuduoVI have to say, it was seeing pictures of this hotel's infinity pool online that immediately made me book a flight to Jeju Island. The weather was perfect, and it was totally worth the trip. From the doorman to the front desk, the service was excellent and very welcoming. We stored our luggage and kept bothering the bellboys to get things out of our bags and change clothes, but the Korean staff enthusiastically helped us every time without any hint of impatience. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and we arrived at 11 AM. We went out for some BCH fried chicken, and when we came back before 2 PM, the front desk let us check into our room early. We didn't book a sea view because we spent all our time at the pool. We swam during the day and went back at night – the pool lighting at night was absolutely stunning. We only got back to the room at 10 PM and just went straight to sleep, which saved us some money. Although the room wasn't huge, it was very quiet, and the bedding was super comfortable and clean; I slept really well. The transportation is extremely convenient; the 600 bus is 4500 KRW per person, point-to-point to and from the airport. A taxi to the Jusangjeolli Cliff was also very convenient, only 6000 KRW. Most of the guests were Korean, not many Chinese. The brunch right outside the hotel is absolutely delicious. The hotel's boardwalk is also beautiful, leading straight down to a beach.

Kelley niceAbsolutely a five-star review! 💯 The owners are a couple who speak excellent English. The guesthouse is in a superb location, just about a 15-minute Uber ride from the airport. Before check-in, they send an email with all the necessary details, which is very thoughtful. This truly felt like a hidden gem in Jeju. The room was incredibly clean and silent. The towels had a fresh, clean scent, not that typical disinfectant smell. The whole environment was spotless, perfect for a weary business traveler to relax by the sea and enjoy a peaceful, sunny moment, and also great for a leisurely vacation since there isn't much to explore in downtown Jeju anyway. There's a McDonald's right downstairs, so if you're making a light meal in the guesthouse, it's also nice to have the option of McDonald's fast food. The entire street along the coast is lined with charming cafes and restaurants, all very chilling. The owners are super warm and kind. On my first day, the hostess personally showed me to my room and explained in detail how to use all the equipment in English, as everything was in Korean. She also reminded me to close the bathroom curtain, even though the window isn't visible from the outside. At check-out, the owner even gave me a bar of Italian soap! 🧼 So friendly! She also told me she's visited Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau in China. I'll definitely choose Jeju Ollero again on my next trip to Jeju! 👍🏻

사곡사곡Had a quiet and relaxing stay. Although there were some water stains and hairs on the bathroom floor, it was good enough for a quiet and spacious rest. When I mentioned that the juice was spoiled at breakfast, the staff tasted it, then just walked away without a word and brought a new bottle of juice, telling me to pour it myself... No apology whatsoever. ^^;;

Guest UserVery good hotel. It’s not close to airport,but the distance is not that long (by taxi). Ordered taxi using airport wi-fi, payed by cash. Very nice receptionists. Clean room,pool on the roof with a nice view. There were not many people (in July). We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem to check in and there is a shop nearby which works at night. There are also some cafes and bars around. Beach is very close,you can go by walk. There are also restaurants and bars on the way. 100% good choice even if you stay for 2 nights.

Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious, and it even had a balcony with great views of both sunrise and sunset! The hotel is right by the coastline, which is perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening, especially in the evening when the square gets lively! Dining is convenient too, with plenty of delicious options just across the street. It's also a quick walk to Dongdaemun Market, Chilseong-ro, and Black Pork Street. I really love this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a resort, a bit far from the city center, but you can get here by bus route 255. The Giant's Causeway is relatively close, about a 90 RMB taxi ride one way. My ground-floor room has a 'small garden,' but I felt it lacked privacy, as people on the higher floors opposite seemed able to see into my room. The front desk service was average. Shopping downstairs is convenient, but the brand selection isn't extensive, and the resort's restaurants are quite pricey.
