Experience: Comfortable and Modern, but Lacks Nearby Amenities This serviced apartment hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with brand-new facilities. Being newly built, the hygiene was absolutely impeccable, and the overall decor was simple and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area is still quite undeveloped. There's only a small supermarket downstairs, which is convenient enough for daily necessities, but if you want to eat out or have more food options, you'll definitely need to drive. I recommend bringing extra snacks or instant food before checking in, to avoid getting hungry at night. Additionally, due to the high number of residents, elevator waiting times can be long, especially during morning and evening rush hours. If you're in a hurry, I suggest planning your check-out in advance to avoid peak times. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, modern accommodation environment and don't mind the temporary inconvenience of the surroundings, this is still a good choice. It's suitable for travelers with their own car and those who prefer a quiet stay.

This my second time booking via this host. But this our first time choose this room types. Kalini kami dpt bilik di level 38. nice sbb 1 level ja nak pergi pool. Pool mossaz dia ada bahagian kids, tp kalau book dkt paxtonz situ takda pool yg kanak2. Tapi bilik yg ni ada banyak sgt lipas kecik2 dan cadar ada stain. di toilet dan tgh2 bilik mmg ada banyak lipas merayap.👎🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 Last sekali saya siram air utk yg di toilet dan penyet guna tisu utk di bilik tidur. ada dlm 6-7 ekor lipas yg saya hapuskan 😬 Request dkt customer service kalau boleh spray kan lipas2 tu dgn ridsect etc. tp tak boleh. sebab diorg takda pun alat2 tu. tapi mereka tolong tukarkan cadar dgn cadar yg baru. kalau nak request extra pillow ada extra charge. sblm ni book dgn host lain dpt extra pillow without any charge. jadi mcm terkejut sikit. btw 2nd day i request to change towel, floor mat and trash bag, i get it. 👍

Very new apartment building. Well furnished with mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwaved, induction cooker, pots & utensils etc. Bed was comfy, room was clean. There is shampoo & body wash but no hand wash. Aircon & fan works well too. There is a convenience store just beside the lobby Only down side is that the location is very new so its not that searchable on Google map. So grab drivers who use external GPS instead of the grab GPS will have difficulty finding the pick up point.

Easy check in. Comfortable stay. It has everything, microwave, mini fridge, sink, plates. Actually this is my 3rd stay here and will keep coming back. Hehe.

The hotel is an apartment studio. Just nice for a family of 4. Just the corridor is dark, i make a few requests to light up but they ignore about the lights. Regarding the room settings, the bed should not block the wardrobe. Difficult to use the wardrobe. Other than that the food in the hotel is nice and delicious. Dimsum restaurant is recommended too

Everything ok. Since my checkout is before 6.30a.m, I have no chance to joint the breakfast. I guest. Ok too. Just to inform that My spouse by mistake have drop my spec at car park situated at side of the main building. 2sy slot at far end. Pls contact me hp 0********* if happen someone found it.

spent a nite due to overnight flight transit. arriving late afternoon and need to unload 2 heavy luggage by myself as the security and another staff just stand at the entrance and watch. not a good welcoming first impression. receptionist was good and nice to be given the signature cookies. however noticed that the way it was given to guests not really sincere, is more like a SOP to follow. guests were only being asked if they were allergic to nuts after being given the cookies ! room is nice but shower cubicle design need to look into seriously as water is seeping out easily despite the door being closed properly. got a torn bath towel as well....:( location is good adjacent to central mall. breakfast spread is very good with choices of western, malay, chinese and indian fare. overall is good only softskills needs improvement.

Love the rooms and ambience of this hotel. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delightful with wide range of food to try. I would like to mention the kind staff named Balan. He was friendly and very helpful. The only downside is, I was double charged on my card and still awaiting for the refund. It’s been more than 2 weeks. Hope to receive it soon.

The check in and out process is pretty fast since I have reserved online. The staff are friendly. The front desk assisted me to change and upgrade the room for me after I checked the room. Comfortable bed and overall it's good. Downside is their lifts take quite awhile and it would be fantastic if they decided to improve the quality of their restaurant.

I recently stayed here and was quite disappointed with several issues. Firstly, I could not enter the room because the access card was not detected. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before the staff came to fix the problem. Secondly, the cleanliness of the unit was very poor. The floor was sticky and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been properly scrubbed for a long time. In addition, I found two Charlie ants inside the unit. This insect is very dangerous as its sting can cause serious skin irritation and may even require hospital treatment. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance for the safety and comfort of future guests.
