We had a really pleasant stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites Petaling Jaya. The room was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made us feel comfortable right away. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and gym facilities, which were clean and enjoyable to use.
The location is decent and convenient enough to get around Petaling Jaya, though you may need a short drive to reach some main attractions or malls. Service was generally good, staff were polite and helpful when we needed assistance, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in responsiveness.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for couples. We would definitely consider staying here again for a short getaway.
I had a very decent stay this round. Room was still clean and this time we did not have to wait for long at the hotel lobby (also we checked in fairly late at night this time). We love that this room came with a proper vanity/work desk that hub could still work during our staycation. The toilet was also clean and spacious.
The pool was quite empty, thus it was really nice to swim in during the morning Unfortunately, the treadmills at the gym were pretty rundown.
Buffet breakfast was relatively quiet compared to our last staycation here because it was puasa month. I am really surprised that there were plenty of choices still and the staffs also top up when certain food ran out.
The location was perfect if your hangout places are in Pj. It’s close to almost everywhere — KD, Ara Damansara, One U etc. Definitely a hotel to come back again ❤️

Location is so good with a sheltered link way to the big shopping mall & MRT Station! Staffs are friendly & helpful. Check in & out are so smooth. Love the separated bathroom & toilet settings too. We enjoyed our stay so much, will come back again!
The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I really liked the contemporary design — it felt cozy yet spacious enough for a comfortable one-night stay. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more relaxing. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was in good working condition.
The location in Petaling Jaya is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food options. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the instructions provided were clear, making the whole process hassle-free.
The facilities were a nice bonus. The building felt secure, and the environment was generally quiet, which was great for resting.
Overall, my one-day stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would consider staying here again for a short trip or weekend staycation.
Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

We enjoyed the amenities very much: the pool is really good with warm water, it’s so relaxing to swim and sunbathe after a long flight. They provide you with pool towels which is great. The location is among benefits as well, only 5 minutes by car or transfer from the airport. The transfer is available, but we couldn’t find it in the airport, so the hotel might consider making the process more understandable. The transfer from the hotel was great and on time, bear in mind that you should register for it in advance at the reception desk. We also ordered food in the hotel restaurant. The food was good but rather pricey.
When it comes to the room, it was quite spacious and comfortable but here the good things end. The bed linen smelled unpleasantly a bit, the soundproofing is ok, but we heard some sounds on the roof (maybe birds, or some insects) and you might hear planes a bit. There’s a very small glass cover in the bathtub so the water is everywhere. We also had our toilet plugged but the issue was resolved very quickly with the help of the hotel worker, thank you! The hotel doesn’t provide you with water bottles though there’s a water purifier in the room which you need to fill yourself with tap water. The room wasn’t clean, there was some hair and dust on the floor.
Room was immaculate with good view of the city.
Great pillows. I received a chocolate cake with a birthday wish as my birthday falls in January. That was touching!
The only hiccup was the housekeeping which didn’t top up the tea bags. I called at 8am, they acknowledged but no one came until it’s time for me to check out at 1pm.
Overall, I had a good stay.

The room was very clean, and the online concierge was super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which was really convenient for shopping, and a night market street where we got to experience the most authentic local culture. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport, and a taxi costs around 30MB, making it perfect for a layover.
The room floor was damp, and there was an unpleasant smell similar to a toilet odor and steam smell. In addition, no hot water jug was provided, and the television remote control not have
These issues significantly affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the management can take immediate action to address and improve these matters.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

GGuest UserI am writing to provide serious negative feedback regarding the conduct and unhelpfulness of your Assitant Front Office Managerduring my recent stay on 16/12/2025-18/12/2025 for 3 rooms.
I have stayed in this hotel since the official opening and enjoyed most of my stays here. My local associate will always made the bookings to save my hassles until July this year.
I have also met many excellent staff all these years in this hotel but not this trip.
My experience was defined by a profound lack of assistance at a critical moment, which significantly diminished my impression of the hotel.
The core issues were as follows:
Refusal to Assist with a Reasonable Upgrade Request:
· The Situation: Upon check-in, I politely inquired about the possibility of an upgrade due to the assigned rooms are at the far corner of the building and need a squarish room to add an extra bed.
The Front Office Manager dismissed the inquiry immediately with a flat ”no,” stating room types are fixed at booking. If I want a suarish room, I need to upgrade and pay an additional of Rm50 per day. There was no effort done but simply ask for additional fee to change the room type and Rm120 for an additional bed after the change.
The tone was dismissive and transactional, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest seeking to enhance my stay. This contradicts basic hospitality principles of exploring possibilities to delight guests.
There was a discrepancy in my booking details made through online. I requested the front office contact to clarify and resolve the issue, as they had the contract and authority. The assistant manager outright refused, stating it was ”my responsibility” to contact the agency myself. This is a fundamental failure in service. A key role of the front office is to act as a liaison and problem-solver for the guest. By refusing to make a simple professional call to a partner agency, the manager shifted all burden onto me, wasted my time during my vacation, and demonstrated a shocking lack of initiative and guest advocacy. It amplified a minor issue into a major frustration.
This was not a minor service lapse; it was a failure of core front-office leadership functions: empowerment, problem-solving, and guest advocacy. The manager displayed a rigid, unaccommodating attitude focused on policy enforcement over guest satisfaction. Instead of being the ultimate solution-provider for the front desk team, the manager became a roadblock.
After all the hassles, I requested my friend to book an additional room and pay around Rm480 instead of wasting my time with the unprofessional “executive”. To my surprise, the room is squarish instead of semi rounded as what the Asst Front office manager claimed earlier.
On our check out day on 8/12/2026, my guest return their keys at the front desk but was told that there is any outstanding amount of around rm480 to be paid. This cause frustrations to my guest and embarrassment to me greatly.
When I clarified with the front desk personally after receiving a call from my guest, I was told was their mistake as they have overlooked something after some checks.
I expect this feedback to be formally addressed. The Front Office Manager requires:
1. Retraining in empathetic service recovery, upselling techniques, and the proper handling of third-party bookings.
2. Clarification of Authority: Managers must be empowered (and expect to use that empowerment) to make exceptions, make phone calls, and find solutions within reasonable limits.
3. A Shift in Mindset: From gatekeeper of policies to enabler of positive guest experiences.
I expect a formal response from hotel management regarding the steps taken to address this serious service failure.

GGuest UserThe shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The hotel's ambiance and location are excellent, right next to an amusement park and a large shopping mall. It's also conveniently located about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, swimming pool, and restaurants. Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel lobby is grand, and they offer a seated check-in service, which allowed us to check in early. The breakfast is extensive and shared with the Pyramid Hotel. It's a perfect spot for leisure and vacations. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
GGuest UserI came to stay overnight here to attend our alumni event.
Room is spacious, with a balcony facing the garden. However the sofa needed some cleaning as there were patches of stain and a few (cookie?) crumbs were seen when I first came inside. Parking is near to the room but a bit inconvenient to drag my luggages on the road. I had to carry my luggages instead.
The iron provided in the room was chipped. I didn’t realise it until I added water for the steam to function - it leaked and wet the whole ironing board instead. My clothes ended up getting wet while I tried to iron them. The iron definitely needs replacement.
Food from our group dinner event was below average. Coffee and tea served with sugar and super sweet by the way. Breakfast was okay for the price. Chicken rendang, croissant, and sardine curry are among the ones that are delicious in the breakfast spread.
I came to stay here about 13-14 years ago. But now I think the rooms need a good revamp.
JJshleyIt was a great experience. I saw some comments saying it was not good, but I went there with a bad mood. However, when I got there, wow... it was really nice, very relaxing, and a perfect place for a vacation. I will bring my friends there next time. The only downside was that the water in the water park was very cold.
GGuest UserThe host was very resourceful. Everything was clearly explained which made the whole experience from arrival to departure smooth and completely hassle-free.
