Nice & clean hotel. The airport transfer was a bit slow, as they only had 1x Bus working.

There's a good selection of food, and the fitness center is quite nice. Cleanliness: Very clean Facilities: Relatively new Environment: Very cozy Service: Very attentive. The driver will deliver your luggage to your room, and the shuttle driver will chat with everyone.

This place was as amazing as the photos. I had an overnight layover in Port Moresby and having heard it’s the most iconic hotel in the city, I had to check it out. It didn’t disappoint, with amazing views of the airport, friendly help with transfers, and a lovely restaurant right over an old DC-3 in the middle of the grounds. An avgeek traveler’s paradise!

The hotel itself is very good. It’s safely guarded by security staff. Room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is complimentary and delicious. There is a free shuttle service from and to the airport. I was however waiting for 1.45 hours for the pick up service for a 15-minute trip so I was far from happy when I arrived. The receptionists were apologetic and later kindly helped arrange a transport for me.

It was wonderful. I enjoyed the food it nicely prepared. Will definitely go there again. This is my second time at Gateway.

The hotel environment is comfortable and  clean.  staff service attitude is attentive ,  active and enthusiastic.  The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality and  tastes good, which is beyond my expectation. The most important thing is that the price consumption is also reasonable.

The hotel is mainly cleaners who are too lazy. At the beginning, they cleaned up the room and did not give better bath towels. Later, it was impossible to clean the house for two or three days. On several occasions, the two bottles of free water prepared in the room were not given. In short, the service is not good. If the hotel is a Samsung hotel or below, it is still OK. If it is a four-star hotel, it is not a good hotel. In the photo below, there is a towel for two bath towels and a towel when you first check in. Isn't it two towels? In addition, the hotel's meals are expensive, and there are not many styles

The stay in crown hotel is quite good comparing to the similar price of hotels in Port Moresby. Reception guys are nice and effective. Food there are acceptable.

Really great place, great environment. You can cook your own food, the kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast is just too bad. The gym and swimming pool are quite good, it is the best choice

Better Options for food required in the Upstairs bar as it was overpriced and poor quality. Also some incentive to eat at the Restaurant as a Hotel guest. Better transport options would encourage more stays with available shuttle trips to other places and areas would make it easier . All staff most helpful . Perhaps have the bar open in the gaming room and make it more appealing
