Great service as expected from a Filipino staff. The place have a nice ambiance and good for a quick getaway as it is nearby Metro manila.

They let us check-in an hour earlier even before we requested it. We also appreciate that we were allowed to use the gaming room even after we check out.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend escape, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and a quick check-in. Our room was stunning – elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a balcony offering breathtaking views of sunset/mountains. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and made it feel truly special. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!

Located at a quiet and peaceful location at Central nuvali, quite far from shopping malls. The host will contact you proactively through email, WhatsApp for self check in instructions. Great facilities, there is a washer, smart TV, and kitchen supplies. Highly recommended for long stay or staycation.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Special thanks to the front desk, f&b, lifeguard, chefs and the housekeeping department for making this experience one of the books, and we still have fun even though the weather is not good. We really had a great time and will definitely come back soon. Kudos and more power to Taal Vista team!

It was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldn’t let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller.

It was our first time in Anya and the experience was superb. They have the kindest staff and the food was great. We tried Samaya's Grill Experience and it was worth every penny. Will definitely go back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing rest. I also appreciated the little details like complimentary toiletries and quick room service. The location is perfect—close to key attractions yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to start the day right. Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.
