Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

The reception helped me check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, just like the description. It’s close to Kuşadası Center and about a 12-minute walk to the beach.

The hotel front desk explained that the hotel was very patient, there was no accent in English, and it was easy to understand. It was very friendly to tourists in non-native English countries like me. The breakfast was rich, the hotel restaurant dinner was exquisite and tasted good.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is in a very good location, close to the harbor, and you can enjoy the sea view from the sea view rooms and outside the restaurant. Of course, the hardware facilities are relatively backward, the doors and locks need to be updated, and the shower room is also very small. It is still okay to make do with it for a night occasionally, and the price is the advantage.

New modern hotel with a gorgeous view of the bay. But the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, gave the coldest reception possible. The room was not ready for our arrival, although we arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes. They refused to provide breakfast at the price indicated in the reservation. The cost of breakfast is 20 euros per person, and they are not interested in what is written in the reservation. They also said that they do not have parking, and problems with the car are our problems, park wherever you want. They did not give any information about the hotel services - neither about the beach, nor about the hamam. We still did not understand where they are. As a reminder, they took a deposit of 50 euros !! In general, the entire period of our stay we felt that we were not welcome here. The service is terrible, this should not happen. I do not recommend to anyone

We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer. The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here. The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot. There two things could be better though: * Breakfast, the options are a bit limited. * Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead. In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

Location was great, room was clean and big and hotel staff provided great service. Off site street parking on steep narrow streets and no lifts to rooms (we were on the third floor). Highly recommended if you can do stairs.

Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Buz gibi havada odaların klimaları çalışmıyordu. Eğlence diye herkesin gürültü çektiği bir ortam olmuştu ki önceki geldiğimizde piyano dinletisiyle mest olmuştuk.Yönetimsel sorunları olan bir otel. Tatil olmadığı halde hafta içi sürekli çocuk hengamesine maruz kaldık yani ne rahatla yüzebildik, yemek yiyebildik, ne de dinlenip keyif yapabildik. Çocuk oyun odası, alanı gibi bir uygulama olmadığı sürece termalde dinlenip gevşeme gibi bir durum olmaz, e siz de tercih sebebi olmazsınız. Gece 12de bile odalarımızda çocuk bağışları arasında dinlenmeye çalıştığımız tuhaf bir konaklamaydı. Ayrıca yemek çeşidi az olsa da seviyorduk ama tatlıların neredeyse hepsi bayattı, tadına bakıp tabakta bıraktık

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money. Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor. Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.
