Guest UserI stayed on the 11th floor, but we were woken up by extremely loud music at 1:30 AM. Apparently, there was a wedding. Our night was ruined despite being exhausted from travel at that late hour. The staff could only say, 'Yes, you're right.' We changed rooms at 1:30 AM, but even the new room on the 7th floor still had music noise. Did we come here to rest or to suffer? I will never stay at this hotel again, and I'll be sharing this issue with everyone I know.

Guest UserGreat location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport.
The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.
