"Хороший и симпатичный небольшой отель. Очень понравился, тем более за такую стоимость. В 250 м побережья моря. Панорамные окна в номере: открывается чудесный вид на море, город и горы.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и откликается на любые просьбы. Единственное что хотел уточнить: что в описание указано что завтрак по системе «шведский стол», но это нет: завтрак порционный и не очень большой и в нём нет кофе и сливочного масла."

Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

I needed to stay for 2 more days and I did not hesitate to extend my stay in this hotel. Once again I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their helpfull. They sent me a personal item forgotten in the room by mail the next day. Dear friends, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

The hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

MiiLFantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel. There is a big beach, grocery store and infrastructure nearby. The room itself is decent, comfortable bed and pillow, there is a teapot, balcony.
Of the downsides: The room was poorly cleaned on the floor of sand and dust on furniture. Shoes in the closet are two pieces. Breakfast is scarce: cooked eggs, fries, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, jams, cabbages and tea

XiaoxiavkThe environment here is elegant and quiet, and the internal facilities and equipment are very complete, which can meet the daily living and office needs very well. The overall style is online and the service is very standardized. Whether it is a business trip or a holiday, it is a very worry-free choice.
