The room was a bit small and dark but it was alright. The view and the area was perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks was amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats(cupcakes and keychains) which was quite thoughtful of them. The breakfast was super great, would love to come back just for it. We booked the Turkish dinner night with them at 40euro, which was cheaper then from some online sites.

The hotel is nice, with a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and excellent breakfast. All local attractions include hotel pick-up and drop-off, making it convenient to stay anywhere. The off-season travel is very cost-effective.

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

- staff are very helpful with booking sunrise/ sunset activities, making it fuss free for us. hot air balloon is a must! - views from the public terrace is lovely - housekeeping is sloppy. the room is not very clean the trash is not emptied at all throughout our 3 days stay. no bottled water refilled daily and they charge 60 lira for a tiny bottle of water at the reception. empty toiletries from previous guests are still in the room… - WC is not ventilated and very sandy not sure if it’s like this for other cave hotels too

It is very cost-effective to find them to book a hot air balloon, and it is also very convenient to book airport transfers. The breakfast is rich, the dining environment is comfortable and warm, and you can see many cats and dogs through the window. You can take pictures at will on the rooftop. The layout is very photogenic and you can overlook the entire town. I really recommend this hotel! I blindly chose a treasure hotel, which is not in the Chinese gathering area of ​​​​Xiaohongshu

We loved our stay at Volare Stone Hotel. The rooftop view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, the bazaar, and the Göreme Air Museum just a short walk away. A special shoutout to the wonderful woman in charge of breakfast, her warm smiles truly brighten our mornings and make us feel so welcome. I appreciated their efforts to offer different breakfast options, too. All the staff are incredibly kind, and I especially enjoyed chatting with Ahmed, the night receptionist, who always greeted us with a smile and happily answered our questions. When we were headed to Antalya and it started to rain and wind quite heavily, they kindly let us stay on the rooftop terrace to keep warm and safe. What a beautiful gesture! Totally recommended 💚

I think the hotel is the most beautiful, best-equipped, and most upscale hotel in the town of Goreme. I asked a local tour guide who could speak Chinese and he agreed with me. The hotel just opened in 2024. The facilities and decoration are first-class, the service is first-class, and the breakfast is also very surprising. You can take the airport bus directly to the wonderful place, which costs about 50 yuan per person. It’s about 1K in the off-season and 5K in the peak season. If it’s the off-season price, don’t compare, just choose it.

The streets have been transformed into a hotel with an architecture that is in line with the spirit of the natural wonder region. The employees are dedicated to customer satisfaction. The pool, sauna, Turkish bath are all hygienic and tidy. My wife and I had a great time. We will come back at the first opportunity. We will not stay anywhere else anymore.

The scenery is beautiful, the rooms are huge, and the cave hotel is special. The breakfast options are diverse, there is an outdoor open-air area, and the photography is first-rate. There is also a parking lot for self-driving travelers. The environment is quiet, there are many stars at night, it is a very relaxing place.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

Beautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

This hotel is in a very high place. The scenery is good. excellent service. But the cave is not comfortable. The photo looks good and the living experience is very poor 1 Not ventilated. Such a large suite has only a small window and it is not convenient to open for safety reasons. 2. Facilities are not good. The radiator cannot provide the temperature needed. It is cold to fall asleep.

A great hotel for transit and to visit Cappadocia. The balls are visible from the parking, of course, but it is better to go to the View in Herem (10 min by car). The rooms are big. There is a parking lot. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. Thank you for the gifts, very unexpectedly!

The hotel staff and owners of the hotel are very sweet people who welcomed us very well during my stay at the hotel. We extended one night because we liked to stay for two days in the hotel. The breakfast nearby was beautiful, but it was delicious, even if it was not on the menu. Our room was clean every day. Our ladders changed every day, we recommend a place where you will be happy when you are going. Your size may be 175 and six for the rooftop 😊

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.
