Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.
Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees
We really appreciated the proximity to the airport and the quick shuttle ride (only 5 minutes to/from the domestic terminal and runs every half hour). The downside of the location is that it's not near anything other than the airport, including restaurants, so you're kind of stuck if you don't have your own car. The facilities are excellent with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and nice dining area for breakfast. The room was clean enough, but not exactly sparkling. Because of the convenience, we would definitely stay here again if we need a place close to the airport.
The hotel is far from the airport the staff SUPER AMABLE comfortable bed basic breakfast NOT TRANSFER TO THE AERPORT I am very disturbed that in my search for hotel brand hotels with transport to the airport and I got out on the list that is a Trip system problem I cost the taxi $60 for traffic but the traffic-free return a Uber was 30 for which the trip must not check that the transport information is correct
Check-in and check out were both quick and very pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient. When asked about food delivery, they were quite helpful.
The facility was clean and welcoming.
We enjoyed our short stay and will be back.
I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay.
The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful.
I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was perfect for a restful getaway. The staff’s professionalism and care were evident throughout our stay.
The facilities are relatively old, the Indians opened it, and it was a bit stingy. The room is not too clean, but it is okay to stay for a night or two without being squeamish, will not stay again, there are many choices around.
Top notch, 5 stars at a great price! Everything was first rate!

CCHARMAIN MURRAYI would not stay no where else in cairo,ga only at best western the others hotels is trash this one is the best in cairo good customer service everything work no bed bugs thank God that's my biggest fear but im impressed this is my always go 2 hotel my question about it.
SSherylnDuring our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the ”kitchen” and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean.
GGuest UserRoom was booked through third party as two attempts to book with registration desk were unsuccessful (left voicemail on hotel phone, but my call was not returned). Upon arrival $70 destination amenity fee was charged (due to third party booking). $50 fee was charged for early checkin. $30 daily fee for second vehicle though parking lot was always less than half full.
Housekeeping staff (Britannia) was wonderful. Room was quiet and spacious. Nice location. Short walk to the beach.
GGuest UserThis is a great little pet friendly hotel right off I20. It’s a great value for the price. Breakfast is cold cereal, hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast with butter and jelly, coffee, packaged muffins, chocolate covered donuts, powdered donuts, and 3 different juices. The pool looks nice and clean, but we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few cosmetic problems that were minor. Things weren’t “pristine” but they were definitely clean, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. We plan to stay here every time we travel to western Georgia.
GGuest UserThe accommodation provided a convenient location near various dining options. The front desk staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and showed flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of business travelers requiring special arrangements. The continental breakfast was reliably prepared and well-maintained. While the rooms may not feature the latest updates found in newer establishments, they were consistently clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. I intend to continue recommending this hotel to both family and business travelers due to its reliable service and convenient location.
GGuest UserMade my reservation about a month ago, checked in, got some take out and after watching tv for a while my wife and I went to sleep. Woke early and returned my key card. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Even if I was a complainer, which I am not, I could not have found anything to complain about. This isn’t my first time staying at a Hampton Inn and if I ever have the need to travel out of town again and a Hampton Inn is in the area that is where I will stay.
GGuest UserThe Hampton Inn in Cordele Georgia was a wonderful stay. The lobby was clean and smelled Great. The free cookie was an added benefit and was wonderful. The staff was very accomodating and polite. The breakfast was very good. It was an omelet with cheese and small peppers inside. Cordele is a smallish town but there were restaurants and fast food in the area. I would definately re-visit.
GGoFlyMylersWe had an amazing guest experience while staying at the Quality Inn in Pooler, Ga. It’s within walking distance to so many food options and the Mighty Eight Airforce Museum. We are returning customers and everytime we stay here it’s always excellent guest services. The beds are big and comfy with soft fluffy pillows. The hotel also has a nice little gym and good continental breakfast.
