Very convenient location as it’s next to the town centre and shopping mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some rooms however are seen able by public access so privacy may need to be protected. Due to the open corridors and courtyards are surrounding all the rooms, could be very noisy if other guests are having conversations. Note that the desk phone in all the rooms are not working just for display! There’s no food and beverage facilities.
This hotel offers great value for money in Uluru. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. It's right next to the Sails in the Desert hotel, which is convenient for pick-up and drop-off, and it's also very close to the supermarket, making shopping and dining easy.
Wonderful staff, cleaners and management!
A big help with everything I needed, went beyond satisfaction.
Safe and secure building, lovely room service and food options.
Beautiful pool and bar area.
Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season.
The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness.
Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount.
Room service was good and value for money.
Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights .
Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..
I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.
Stayed here with friends this time, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right within the resort area, making it very convenient to get everywhere. The room was even more spacious than expected, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was also very comfortable. All the facilities were top-notch; both the pool and the restaurant were unique. The front desk service was warm and efficient, always ready to help. All in all, this was an exceptionally good stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
The hotel is conveniently located right in Darwin's CBD. A Woolworths supermarket is just outside, and Coles along with many dining options are all very close by. The room was very clean, and overall, it was a great stay. While there's a bar nearby that can get a bit noisy at night, it wasn't an issue at all with earplugs.
Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
The apartments was big and spacious in the Darwin waterfront precinct. good stay.

DDeborah ElizabethMantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.
