The Sanma Hotel exceeded all expectations during my stay. The staff delivered consistently outstanding service—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Its central location made exploring the city a breeze, with major attractions and transit options just steps away. Every morning, I looked forward to their breakfast spread: fresh pastries, flavorful eggs, crisp fruit, and quality coffee—each item tasty and thoughtfully presented. For anyone seeking convenience, exceptional hospitality, and a delicious start to the day, Sanma Hotel is an excellent choice.

The hotel is almost in the very center, very convenient for walking and visiting attractions. Just around the corner is one of the best restaurants in the city. I lowered the rating for service and amenities only because the hotel is not the newest, and this will be noticeable in the rooms. But in general, this does not spoil the overall impression of your stay.

Serviço de quarto eficiente, funciona também na parte da tarde, piscina coberta com água aquecida, amplas áreas hotel adentro para descanso. Academia com aparelhos acessíveis, é possível regula-los para ampliar o leque de exercícios. Café da manhã das 06:00 às 10:00 com muitas variedades, tudo muito saboroso. Nada que desabone o hotel.

Accommodation location and cleanliness are OK But there is one thing that I cannot accept, that is the water in the hotel is very small. The water temperature is hot and cold! This is not a good way to wash hair for girls with long hair... you can wait for the summer If the water suddenly gets cold in winter, you will definitely catch a cold...

Breakfast is very delicious, breakfast has been better in so many hotels! The front desk service was also very good. The ladies and sisters were beautiful and cute. They gave the children gifts and offered to give them extra beds.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Wonderful hotel, great service, delicious and varied breakfast. The only thing that left something to be desired is that there is no shower stall in the bathroom.
