The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We pulled up to the hotel to unload our luggage, and the valet took care of our car. The Alhambra Palace is right across the street. Our room had two tiny balconies. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the Albayzín neighborhood. The streets there are narrow and complex, and it's difficult to find parking, so I strongly advise against driving there yourself. I highly recommend Restaurante Las Tomasas; you can enjoy an evening view of the Alhambra, and the dishes are exquisite and reasonably priced.
This hotel is worthy of being the best in the area, and the service details are in place. The breakfast is also very exquisite. Below the restaurant is the Roman ruins from 2,000 years ago, which are displayed with transparent glass. It is a very unique hotel with a high cost performance. The service staff from check-in to breakfast are particularly good, but there is a male waiter in the bar at night who seems to be ”too busy” and turned a blind eye to us!

I don't know if it was because we arrived too late or if it was discrimination, but we were given a separate room in a corner, which felt quite oppressive the moment we entered. The air conditioning wasn't very effective; it was loud and didn't cool the room very well. However, the room itself was very spacious and clean.
3 nights in room 124 including breakfast. I paid 124 euros per night for the stay from Thursday to Saturday in May. ㅠㅠ Among the beds, the bed by the window kept creaking a little when I moved. It's a 4-star hotel, but they didn't provide free water. The water for breakfast seemed to be just tap water. They didn't even have the natural orange juice that's standard in Spain. It's the same as drinking water with gas in it. The breakfast lacked too few vegetables, which was disappointing. The location is a bit far... I don't know if it's cheap, but I don't think I'll come here for 124 euros per night. ㅠㅠ
Good value for money, comfortable mattresses, fantastic location and to top it all off, dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
Parking I downloaded the Canalejas parking app and it cost €12 a day or so
Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from.
However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.

It was very convenient because it was directly connected to the station and the train stop was right outside the hotel. It has a unique design with a slide from the 1st floor to the 0th floor, but the slide's entrance faces the restaurant. The slope is steep, so my child slid down with great force, and the restaurant staff who were serving the customers were very rude. I would say they should not build slides like this.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here because of how great the location was and how convenient it was to arrive at the hotel from the train station. The hotel made me feel very comfortable because of its aesthetic and more importantly, the overall cleanliness of the room. The concierge was also very helpful in providing me with directions and offering to call a cab for me.

Convenient location. Tapas bars right cross the street, but not noisy at all. Take a little time to find your room, but not too bad. Very helpful staff. Recommended.

GGuest UserSecond time at this hotel
A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella!
Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had!
Staff are super friendly and accommodating
For an easy stay I would definitely return!
GGuest UserThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip.
While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals.
I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself deserves a 96 out of 100, but the bespectacled ”Black Princess” breakfast server was probably there to teach English. I initially thought my English was too bad to pronounce ”watermelon” clearly, until a white couple at the next table, speaking with a very British accent, asked for mint tea. The ”Black Princess” seemed confused, uncertain, and repeated herself until she finally understood, uttered ”oh mint,” and walked away with her head held high! Aside from the ”Black Princess,” all the other staff were perfect! The hotel's location is also excellent; it's convenient to get around. There were quite a few Chinese guests, and half the breakfast guests were Chinese. Be careful sitting on the small chairs against the wall in the room; I once fell headfirst into the back of my head in the room.
AAnonymous UserI’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience.
When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes.
I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available.
I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.
GGuest UserIt was nice, but it's a pity that you have to pay 25 euros to check in earlier and 15 euros per hour to check out later, which adds up if you have a late flight, it's better to book an extra night.
JJiaowoxiaodouyaAbsolutely loved this hotel! It's just a 5-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. There's a Carrefour supermarket right across the street, which was handy for picking up some supplies. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. It's about a 40-minute walk to the Alhambra, which is perfect for enjoying the street views and grabbing a coffee along the way.
GGuest UserLovely resort and close to the beach Two outdoor adult pools, kids pool, indoor pool and spa. Restaurants, shops and a few bars locally. Good kids and adults programmes, really friendly staff. We were offered an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment with private balcony and outside terrace. This resort is not in the busy town centre but there is a good Uber service which we have used. Highly recommend

XXinnanWent for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,
Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it.
Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day.
However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater.
GGuest UserI liked the hotel room, I like spacious rooms. There is a kitchen. The child does not always want to eat at a cafe for dinner. I was very happy to lie in the bath with foam. My son ran around the hotel to the beach, met other children. Thank you!
