Hotels With Wi-Fi in Sao Paulo, Brazil

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time... the room was mediocre and the service was pretty bad. But this time it was spectacular, with an incredible view of the city! The reception service was unmatched.

Excellent hotel, very well structured, amazing room. The lack of air was hot air conditioning, the room was very cold and the hot airless sleep was a challenge. And in the morning the cleaners entered the room while we were there, they didn't even check out ... that is unforgiving in a hotel standard like this.

Hotel is well located and security keeps an eye on things. There are many thieves around the hotel who target tourists. Be extremely vigilant. The carpet in the hallways is not very clean, but the room was fine. Good bed, good shower. Check-in went very smoothly.

Traslados à Basílica e visita noturna inclusa são os diferenciais!  A proximidade à Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário tornam a hospedagem ainda mais proveitosa. Adorei a hospedagem e fiquei encantada com a organização dos locais para visitação e principalmente com a lindíssima Basílica.

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

O imóvel é bem localizado. Staff atencioso. A pia do banheiro tem problemas e fica entupida constantemente. A garagem é limitada e corre o risco do hospede ficar sem vaga. Esta informação não é divulgada de forma clara. O tamanho do banheiro, amplo, é desproporcional ao quarto, pequeno. Face estar na esquina da av. Antártica, o nível de barulho é intenso.

設施：非常齊全，有咖啡機、直飲水、冰箱、空調！入口是電梯-2層 電梯還在裝修 gym我們沒有使用權，桌球在會客層還可以。 衞生：很乾凈，空間也還行 環境：周邊沒敢出去😂出差展會和拜訪 服務：沒有任何服務，大家務必提前一到兩天注意他們發的郵件，提前一天提交自己的護照和人臉訊息！現場根本聯繫不到任何人，我們是在網上搜他們 然後聯繫到這家在線客服才加速入住的！這一共花了3個小時sort it out！ 幸虧我們有車，如果拖着箱子來的 會非常驚慌！

The hotel is simple but has met our needs.The staff are sympathetic and requested.Unfortunately, the turn is surrounded by users that scare a little making security vulnerable.Super advice for who will install and rest as That was my case.

Super comfortable, organized and beautiful hotel, everything perfect, service out of 10, I highly recommend it.

Muito burocrático e difícil de realizar o checkin, quarto bom, sem detalhes!
