Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

This isn't the first time we've stayed at the Colombia hotel; we chose it again because we've been there before. The only thing that left much to be desired this time was the breakfast. Even on Sunday, our last day, the breakfast was reasonable, but on the first and second days, I think it was due to fewer guests, which doesn't justify it because the quality of service, regardless of the number of guests, should always be the same. Even my son-in-law asked for milk, and the attendant said they didn't have any. This is unacceptable for a hotel chain that offers a service during your stay and doesn't deliver 100%. I hope they return to having the same quality of service regardless of the number of guests.

The hotel is very good, pleasant, quality breakfast. The location I don't recommend, I was very disgusted with the number of street residents.

This hotel is in a good location at one end of Ave Paulista. Walking distance to Subway station and high-end mall. The small rooms might be a problem for very tall or wide people. Super friendly front desk people. Good breakfast

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

I stayed at the National Inn São Paulo and I liked it very well.The room is simple, but it has TV, fridge and air-conditioning, which helps much in comfort. I thought the image of the TV could be better, but it was all perfect. The location is great, it has a good market in front and it is easy to call Uber at the door. The breakfast was complete and tasteful. For anyone who wants practice in the center of São Paulo, I found a good choice.

在一個老街道上，兩邊都是做生意的店鋪，估計住的客人都是來這條街上做生意的，周圍餐館酒吧也不少，就是沒找到中餐館，到當地人的餐館裏看了半天不知道怎麼點，衹好到麥當勞去吃漢堡了，酒店房間比較小，不過該有的都有了，甚至還有個小冰箱，我把一瓶牛奶放裏面走的時候還忘了，不知道做衞生的發現沒有，要沒發現可就該成酸奶了。酒店的早餐挺好的，麪包蛋糕牛奶咖啡果汁水果……，最好的是還有牛奶咖啡中間還有一個開關是白開水，另外酒店的一項服務要特別誇一下，可以微波爐給你加熱水和食物，這個肯定會受到中國客人的歡迎

Good hotel. Excellent breakfast. Rooms a bit outdated, bad pillow. The bed were 2 connected beds which created a whole in the middle which was not so comfortable. Gym was too simple. I would stay again depending on price.
