In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The hotel has a bell and a bell pool of water, and it is too hot, but the boys have enjoyed a half hour. Inflexible on check-in saying the room would be ready at 17:00, after a variety of hurry and laughs to take you around by them, carefully not to get the chief in the next office, They continued to postpone the allocation of the room .. and finally hand keys at 17.30. Check out is at morning .... We stayed one night at this fun hostel located in a convenient area of Tours. It’s an easy walk to the center of town. However we were glad that the hostel has a bar which also offered a a few snack ps. When we arrived (very hungry from a long day of travel), we were able to relax with a drink and a cheese/meat platter. They also provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in time. There is also a restaurant, which we didn’t try because it opened later. We reserved a private room with bath that was small, but comfortable and quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend the hostel for a short stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located outside Tours, in a small quiet village. New building. Beautiful, stylishly furnished. spacious parking. Friendly staff. The hall is spacious and has large windows. You can sit there comfortable and drink or eat. Once in the room: The room is spacious, we had a room with a double bed. Bed is good. Shower space is separate, so if someone needs 🚽, the other can quietly douche or teeth cleaning. I find it a good idea-＞ practical. Great smart TV. There is enough room to put your stuff. You can also work quietly: there is a kind of desk and a fine chair. Internet is fine 👌

The hotel is clean, easy to access by leaving the motorway, light room, room with lift. Single breakfast, clean. It is a very simple but perfect hotel for a night There is already 3 times when we come !

The hotel is perfect for the guests. The room is perfectly hygienic , a sports room that has nothing to envy the palaces ( and I know what I am talking about having tested the Normandy palace that was in a stupid state ) perfect hygiene vélo tapis ramer and elliptical everything is there. Breakfast still perfect hygiene still innocent. With a challenged price all competition. Thank you for all staff and very soon. Annie and Olivier

The location is very good, just in the central street, downstairs is the carousel and Ferris wheel of the Christmas market, very beautiful, walk along the main street there are many restaurants and city halls, lights during the Christmas period

The hotel is very well located. This is very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and equipped with several current takes. It is perfect when you have several telephones to load. We have had a very good stay and we will return to this hotel.

Nice staff, clean room (even a bit too strong on the smell of the cleansing stuff! ;-), and especially NO noise on the parking area side. (Only some people in the room above or not far started hollering around at half past one in the morning, but someone apparently banged on their door and ordered them to stop). Only the shower had a problem: it was very hard to turn on/off the taps and it took me at least five minutes to balance cold and hot. before I could actually have a shower. In the morning, my next-door neighbour asked for help because he couldn't turn off the burning hot water! Also, in my own room, the ring supporting the shower head was broken (fortunately I am not tall!). So, apart from the shower problem, it was quiet, clean and nice!

We came tonight (7 July at 23h) The person when booking the night explained to me that the key machine was not compatible with their new system of door opening but assured me that by calling the number indicated just We're coming, we're calling as asked... 3 calls and no one answers.... Appel d'un autre client (qui était déjà sur place depuis dix minutes) et miracle une personne décroche et lui demande toutes ses informations. Il me passe le combiné et elle nous demande les nos nos. She tells us that someone arrives... 10 minutes after the lady reminds the gentleman by saying that someone arrives 15 minutes after... We made 2h+3h on the road, our disabled son was exhausted and not at all! We decided not to stay and go to another hotel obviously cheaper but where there was a person at the reception who gave us our key of the next day and we could reach a much more comfortable room directly. We have been waiting for a room and we have told them our misaventure and they also prefer to go somewhere and they have done well! If you book at them, note that the reception closes at 21:00, so if you arrive after plan to go elsewhere!!!!

The breakfast at the hotel is okay, with freshly boiled eggs and plenty of hot food, which is more friendly to Chinese stomachs. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 o'clock early, which is more convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, recommended to stay

I cannot find Kyriad’s restaurant name Parvie to review so I will do it here. We just returned our rental car to Enterprise and the guys there recommended we try Parvie for quick snack since we have about 1 hour until our train to Paris arrives. Upon entering, we were greeted by Lucas and Clara. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and modern decor of the dining room. Clara had such a jovial and pleasing attitude. She explained and answered all our questions. And Lucas was so helpful and attentive. We told them if they can make our food fast and they sure did! The food selection was just wonderful. We told . We were very fortunate to have gone to this restaurant and have such a wonderful experience provided by Clara and Lucas. Sorry we couldn’t say good y as we only had 5 minutes until our train departs. Thank you for the wonderfully pleasant dinner. Stay safe!

I put 3/5 because I couldn't enjoy the benefit. Negotiation with the hotel is impossible to delay the reservation of a night (even paying a surcharge) because I took the unchanged price option. Sorry, since the hotel is far from being filled at that date.

Very good location being a 15 minute walk into the historic centre of Tours. Underground Parking (10€) was very useful but be careful trying to get a jeep in. Good Breakfast Reception staff friendly and spoke good English Realistic price for December. Some parts of the hotel cold do with a refurb or tidy up but i would go back for the location and parking.

We spent three nights at Les Trésorières in March. We loved our stay. It was the shoulder season in the Loire Valley and we stayed during the week, so the hotel was very quiet. We had prepaid a “bed and breakfast special” and had a huge (especially by European standards) bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a large bathroom which included a gigantic tub. The hotel is very new. The hotel is in an excellent location, across the street from Les Halles where you can get wine, cheeses, meats, sweets, and so on. Parking is very close, with reserved spaces in the public garage and with inexpensive rates by hotel standards. Our room was very comfortable – the only issue we had is that it is was hard to properly cool down the room unless you opened a window. There was a fridge with complimentary (and replenished) waters and soft drinks, along with a mini Nespresso and tea kettle. (We just wish they provided a corkscrew in the room instead of having to traipse down to the bar for one!) There was a good-sized safe in the room. Wifi was excellent. In the bathroom, the shower temperature control and water were great, and there were very nice Clarins bath products. The hotel has a nice little fitness center and a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and steam room – we were really sad we didn’t bring our swimsuits! There is an extensive private outdoor courtyard which would be lovely to hang out in the summer. The hotel has a cute little bar. Breakfast was wonderful, with a wide assortment of pastries, fruits, yogurts, cereals, meats, cheeses, hot breakfast-y dishes, eggs to order, and coffees. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would highly recommend Les Trésorières to anyone wanting to stay in a lovely new hotel in the area.

A simple but good place to stay overnight halfway from the Netherlands to the Dordogne Always found nice people to welcome us. Easy to find from freeway as well as Route Nationale. As we use this hotel only to sleep and have morning breakfast the small room with tiny bathroom fits us for one-night during the trip

Central location and cleanliness were two aspects I liked. My room in the 5th floor (attic) was, however, a very uncomfortable experience as it was NOT equipped with air-conditioning. It was unbearable during a heatwave! The receptionist was aware that the ac was not functionable but I was quite simply ignored and was not offered another room. Very disappointing indeed.

Smiling, pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean establishment. Well-stocked breakfast and buffet. We have great encounters there. Other very friendly customers from elsewhere. There is lots to like. The location is great, very convenient with free parking, are feels safe, the hotel itself look brand new and even though we were the only guests thanks to French country-wide lockdown, there was still a helpful and friendly member of staff available at any time. Another positive is actually the only issue we had - the self checkin kiosk had some issue on the first attempt, but the receptionist came straight to us to help. As our card was already preauthorised, the management came to us the very next morning (Sunday!!!) to apologise and to investigate, just in a case. Honestly, 5* treatment at price below £50. Also cleanliness and amenities were top-notch. All we needed was a comfortable night sleep and what we received is basically answer on question - where to stay next time when passing by Orleans. We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stop. We got there at 4.30 and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but when we got up to the rooms they were still being 'cleaned' so we went for a walk. When we came back we found both rooms to still be quite grubby. The carpets in both rooms were stained, the lino very worn and the sink in our room had hairline cracks. Our room also smelled of stale sweat. The air con was ok ish in our room but barely working in our kids'room. The bed was comfy and I slept well. We had breakfast in the morning and we all thought it was great quality and variety and good value for money. So in conclusion, a great breakfast but very very tired rooms in desperate need of an update. We've stayed in lots of Campagniles before and this is the worst one by far, they have obviously let themselves go. I would not stay in one again.
