marcryuGreat location, easy access to major attractions in Oxford. Love the literary theme of its interior and rooms. Service and concierge staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our graduate twin room was surprisingly spacious and very pretty. Breakfast selections were plentiful and of good standard. Highly recommended if ever in Oxford.

This is my second stay in this fabulous hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was large clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and we had 2 good nights sleep. The waitress staff in restaurant were very helpfull and cheerful nothing was too much trouble. I had the breast of duck which was absolutely delicious Perfect location for a visiit to Oxford City! We will be back again !

The hotel and grounds are beautiful – very traditional, full of charm, and in a great Cotswold location close to the Farmers Dog. Staff were friendly and did their best to help, but the WiFi didn’t work at all and with no phone signal it meant no internet access, which was frustrating. The room was very hot with no real way to cool it other than opening the window, which wasn’t ideal on the ground floor. The shower kept swinging between hot and cold, and the room itself felt quite small considering the high price. Overall, a lovely setting but the stay was let down by some practical issues.

Superb location right in the centre of Oxford. Good for those travelling without car. If travelling with car, you would need to park in Westgate or Worcester street car park.
Only opened in 2024, so the facilities are new and clean. Modern chic style. Spa is small, but has steam, sauna and experience shower.
The only thing was whenever we asked for something, it took us 2-3 attempts to finally get things delivered.

It was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing.

huzimiximamaEverything about this hotel is great. While it's officially a 4-star, it feels closer to a 5-star experience. Compared to other places in Europe, the rooms here are spacious, and the breakfast is better than what you'd find at most hotels and even many city restaurants. We arrived before noon, and the front desk upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, even finding us an exceptionally quiet spot.

Nestled in the suburbs, the hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, truly feeling like a tranquil escape. We really appreciated having a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The bed in our room felt like two twin beds joined together, and it was certainly spacious enough. The sofa in the room can be converted into a sofa bed (just a heads-up: not all rooms have these, so be sure to confirm upon check-in).

戈This hotel must be a self-driving tour before you can stay. It is a 10-minute drive from Bicester Village. The hotel environment is very good in the golf course. The equipment and facilities are not new but clean and effective. The room is very large. I stayed in a room with a large double bed and a single bed. Breakfast is a traditional British breakfast. There is also a la carte grilled salted fish. It's not bad. The parking lot is free. It is a standard four-star hotel and the best hotel closest to Bicester Village.
