I got in late n got late check out. Love the cleanliness and friendly services

Everything is good However, my sink in the washroom has a problem and we did call the staff to fix. They said no people work at night. Need to wait for one hour. I think they can do better for service. Food, location are very good

The hotel was super cute and location was perfect, super close to the centre and had many cafes, salons and restaurants right next to it. The room was a bit too small( looks bigger in the pictures). The AC took sometime to cool the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall not bad, but for the price paid was not worth jt :)

Lovely hotel and new condition, it is very comfortable. Pool is smaller than what you see in a pictures but still beautiful. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Annoyingly, you have to pay €10 for parking but they do have a very cool parking with an elevator for your car. Although a five star hotel, they do not have above a bath tub.

Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.

Great location, room is small but it got everything we need, staffs are very helpful, helped me with phone charger plug, last day they let us eat breakfast before the official opening hour because we had to leaves at 7am for the ferry. It’s one block away from the sightseeing bus stop, I mean if going to the Acropolis is your main goal, this hotel is a good choice, it is close to Prakka area and many restaurants in walking distance, 5-10 min walk to the entrance of the Acropolis And the museum. It has some road noise but it is in the city, we only stay 3 nights there, I didn’t feel like taking a taxi or Uber or metro train, we like the location of this hotel a lot. Would recommend to our friends.

The 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, as well as the rooftop breakfast area (which is also the top floor), offer direct views of the Parthenon. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos! Probably because there are so many guests (and many rooms), after calling the front desk, service takes a long time to arrive (sometimes I even had to directly ask a housekeeper in the hallway for what I needed). The room facilities are quite old. Around noon, the front desk gets swamped with guests checking out. On another note, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the old town every hour on the dot.

Localisation parfaite, nous avons pris le métro entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel puis nous n'avons plus eu besoin de reprendre les transports. Tout a proximité de l'hôtel à pied. La chambre est très agréable, propre, bien décorée. Le personnel est attentif et très aimable. Je recommande sans réserve.

Facilities: Although it's a long-established five-star hotel, the overall facilities are quite good. Environment: The location is extremely convenient, very close to the Acropolis, shopping streets, and Plaka, all within easy walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby, including Asian restaurants and Asian supermarkets; the restaurants are packed on Friday nights. Service: The hotel service is excellent. Complimentary large water bottles in cardboard boxes are provided free of charge; the cardboard boxes look high-end and are environmentally friendly. The housekeeping is also very meticulous. I stayed here for two weeks and felt very welcome. The lobby is very spacious with plenty of sofas. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

4 mins away from the nearest station which is alright for it's price. I stayed here for one night so it was okay, I tried booking a transfer to the port and it was quite expensive (28 euros) I think rather just book an Uber next time!
