The new hotel has a nice environment, but as a four-star hotel, the rooms are missing laundry bags and toiletries such as razors and soap!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Clean, good, strategic hotel, just lack of swimming pool facilities and the gym is equipped again, definitely add the best hotel if the swimming pool and the gym equipment are equipped again

The hotel is actually good . We stay on a premier room , and is very spacious . The facilities and sevicies , the staff are well trained, polite and helpful . The swimming pool is also good .
