Hotels With Spa in Mie Prefecture, Japan

Booked this as a side trip from Osaka to escape the city and have some quiet time. Set in a tiny village in the middle of a mountainous & forested area alongside a beautiful river with tons of waterfalls, very picturesque and perfect for walking around. The hotel itself is immaculate with great amenities including large bathing areas. Food was incredible and service was top-notch with staff that were always friendly, helpful and eager to please. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese-style onsen hotel in a tranquil setting.

It was the second time to use it, but the facilities are wide 々 and comfortable. The hot springs were comfortable. Some of the products at the shop were not priced, and when I asked the front desk, they looked it up, but it seemed that I didn't know when I asked, ”Is it individual packaging?” I pushed it from under the box and said, ”It's individual packaging.” and so on. The restaurant was very delicious (IgA beef) and I was happy that the price was cheap, but the man in black clothes who guided me felt very good, but he was a foreigner and didn't seem to have any knowledge of cooking. Japanese locals explained in detail about the sake set. I want to use it again because the cospa can be relaxed well.

Very cosy hotel with big rooms and an Onsen available to guest with no charges. Full of amenities and a full breakfast spread.

非常優秀的日式旅館。晚餐懷石吃得很飽且品類豐富。早飯也很有儀式。房間乾淨衞生，服務很好！非常適合度假放鬆，真的是令人心曠神怡。房間裏的私湯很優秀，下次有機會去感受一下大澡堂！

Mie Prefecture is a relatively remote and rural place, but Toba, Ise and Shima are still worth visiting. Todaya Hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought it was just an ordinary local Japanese-style hotel, but it turned out to be very large, with two buildings, a large public bath, an open-air bath, and several free private baths for families. There are quite a few medals at the front desk. The room size is not large among Japanese-style rooms, but it is more spacious than ordinary modern rooms. Western-style beds are also more comfortable. The dinner was quite rich, with both Japanese and Western flavors, and the freshly roasted beef was delicious. Breakfast is on the top floor of the South Building, facing the sea, with a great view. There are also many dining options. Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium are nearby. When you check in, you will see the last name or first name of each room occupant on the welcome board at the hotel entrance. It is quite interesting to find your own name.

Hotel was well located and easy to find. Room was comfortable but no housekeeping if you stay consecutive nights. Fresh towels were just placed in a bag and hung outside our door. They did not enter the room to clear rubbish nor place the fresh towels or make the beds even though I specifically requested it. Carpark was free. Coin laundry was also available.

By car, the breakfast is very good, suitable for bringing children, there is no restaurant around, if you need to be optimistic about the shuttle bus time. No smoking rooms are available, please contact the hotel in advance if you need a smoke-free treatment. There is no beach in the mountains, only the sea view hot springs.

The open-air bath was amazing! The changing room, shower room, and balcony open-air bath were all connected, which was great. The air purifier and the corners of the room were a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were very helpful and polite when I checked in! There were some shops open until around 10 PM, so I could go for a walk even after relaxing at the hotel! I couldn't go this time, so I'll save it for next time. (T_T) I was shocked that the room service I ordered was cold. The room didn't have a microwave, which was a problem! The food was delicious!! There was also a snack and drink set that looked delicious! Thank you so much!

The room I grabbed for the fireworks festival is not convenient in terms of transportation. The nearest one is probably JR Sangu Station (stations in the wild suburbs don’t have that kind of station). It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The way is Tianye Road. Don’t doubt it, it is more suitable for people with cars. , there is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, and next to it is a convenience store and (it seems) an Internet celebrity dessert shop. The room size is by Japanese standards, the sanitary services are also good, and there is a large bath.

良かった点 ホテルのスタッフの対応は皆さんとても良かったです 食事は種類も多く、品切れ等もなく美味しかったです お部屋もキレイに掃除されて、エキストラベットを使用しても余裕でした また、お部屋にウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も冷水も直ぐに利用できました 改善してほしい点 サウナとお風呂が離れていて、サウナには水風呂もなく、とても残念でした お風呂はあの規模の部屋数にしては小さいので、混む時は大変でした 食事は座席が決められてないので、4人席以上を探すのに苦労しました また、食べ放題飲み放題なので、残される方が多くて片付けをするスタッフさんが大変そうでした Tripで申し込みましたが、申し込みと同時にカード決済されたので少し心配で、後日、ホテルに予約の確認をしましたが、Tripからきた予約番号などは該当なく名前と電話番号等でやっと確認取れました 無事に宿泊出来ましたが、少しドキドキでした もう少しスムーズになると安心です
