## Facilities
The facilities are comprehensive and well-appointed. The bedding and other amenities all feel relatively new and are quite comfortable. More Chinese language options on the TV would be appreciated, especially considering the large number of domestic guests.
## Cleanliness
Cleanliness was satisfactory; overall, it was quite good.
## Environment
The high-floor room offered a great view, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was also a significant highlight.
## Service
Overall, the service was mediocre. For a hotel of this caliber, the service didn't quite measure up to expectations. I tried calling guest services several times in a row, but no one picked up, which was quite perplexing. Moreover, the check-out policy felt very unaccommodating. Traveling with a child, I requested a late check-out but was flat-out refused, with no room for negotiation. Throughout my stay, I didn't experience a sense of genuine hospitality, which left a rather poor impression. On the other hand, the housekeeping service was generally satisfactory.
## Overall Impression
The hotel offers acceptable value for money, and the stay was comfortable enough. However, the staff's proactivity and enthusiasm didn't align with the hotel's star rating and definitely have room for improvement.
Our second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.
Very luxurious hotel in a beautiful location near the beach. Everything was great, the room, the view, the pool, the restaurant, it’s expensive but great value compared to other similarly priced hotels I’ve stayed at.
Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Beautiful surroundings.
Service: The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly patient. They always greeted us warmly whenever we encountered them.
We received three complimentary tickets to Shinhwa Theme Park upon check-in, and the kids had a blast.
Being located within the resort complex, it was super convenient for dining, entertainment, and activities. The pool was also quite large.
A taxi from the airport took about 50 minutes and cost around 160 RMB – significantly cheaper than Ctrip's airport transfer service, which was over 400 RMB.
During our 6-day trip to Jeju Island, we stayed at three different hotels, and this one was by far the best, with a very reasonable price.

Nice little hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet with stable and fast wifi. While the parking lots are cramped, the Kia Ray we rented had no problems maneuvering. Paris Baguette is just 2 streets away. Walking distance to Jeongbang waterfalls, Saesom Island Bridge, and Maeil Olle Market. Highly recommended as a southern base for a self-driving free and easy trip.

It is pretty close to the airport and very convenient.
I was a bit disappointed only for the helper at the check in counter that I asked for help to reserve a taxi for my super early flight but seems he didn’t really understand what I need and direct me away from the counter.

The decoration of the hotel is very design, check-in is also very convenient, the most important thing is that the hotel mattress is really comfortable to sleep, the front desk brother is also very handsome, next time you come to Jeju Island, you will choose this one.

We brought two bicycles and chose a double room. The room was spacious enough to put the bicycles and luggage, and also had wooden floors which we liked. There is a CU convenience store in the hotel which is very convenient. There are also delicious restaurants nearby. Recommended!

There is a bathtub right next to the bed, so it's good for people who want to take a bath. At first glance it looks clean, but there were a lot of gnats and insects in the corners of the room, which was horrifying. The humidity is so high that if you don't constantly dehumidify the room, it will turn into a rainforest. It's a shame that there are no slippers.
It's very close to the sea and there is a 7-Eleven right in front, so the location is good. It was also nice that you could get your favorite bath bombs and soap when you checked in!

We are from Singapore and had a wonderful 4 nights stay at Brick Hotel. The boss of the hotel is so helpful and takes time to explain to us the room functions and amenities. The hotel room is very clean, and the water pressure is fantastic. The boss even recommends nearby places of interest and good places to eat! Those places are all a hit—every single one of them. Those places are within walking distance. We stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the only place we felt genuine warmth from everyone.
We will stay here again when we return. We highly recommend Jeju Bricks Hotel to everyone looking to stay in this area.

Yyun****The ocean view is fantastic, the room is very spacious, the service is top-notch, and the hotel feels brand new. Breakfast is over 300 per person, so the value for money isn't great. Getting around mostly involves taxis; thankfully, Uber is now available for taxis in Jeju, so there's no need to deal with the cumbersome Kakao T app. Bus Route 600 stops right outside the hotel, offering convenient access to both the airport and the city center. There's also a coffee shop right next to the hotel (you get a 10% discount on drinks if you show your room key or checkout receipt) and a GS25 convenience store, which is very handy.
SSailAwayInTheSunsetDyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.

HHong YiThe hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.
