"It was my second time in Bridge Hotel. I really like this place for convenient location: beach, waterfalls and other near here. The most I love is the window view!

"Based on the price, I thought it was just a budget accommodation, but the complex and interior were clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the management was friendly and excellent. Plus, they even had a private whirlpool. I am 100% willing to visit again and highly recommend it. Yomangjin Meat Restaurant is also a total gem, and they even gave us a 10% discount as guests. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful trip during my two-night stay."

DDuoduobuduoVI have to say, it was seeing pictures of this hotel's infinity pool online that immediately made me book a flight to Jeju Island. The weather was perfect, and it was totally worth the trip. From the doorman to the front desk, the service was excellent and very welcoming. We stored our luggage and kept bothering the bellboys to get things out of our bags and change clothes, but the Korean staff enthusiastically helped us every time without any hint of impatience. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and we arrived at 11 AM. We went out for some BCH fried chicken, and when we came back before 2 PM, the front desk let us check into our room early. We didn't book a sea view because we spent all our time at the pool. We swam during the day and went back at night – the pool lighting at night was absolutely stunning. We only got back to the room at 10 PM and just went straight to sleep, which saved us some money. Although the room wasn't huge, it was very quiet, and the bedding was super comfortable and clean; I slept really well. The transportation is extremely convenient; the 600 bus is 4500 KRW per person, point-to-point to and from the airport. A taxi to the Jusangjeolli Cliff was also very convenient, only 6000 KRW. Most of the guests were Korean, not many Chinese. The brunch right outside the hotel is absolutely delicious. The hotel's boardwalk is also beautiful, leading straight down to a beach.

GGuest UserThis is my first visit to Jeju, and I definitely chose the perfect hotel. The hotel serves delicious food, and the heated indoor-outdoor connected swimming pool is amazing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel lets you relax completely. The beach and many great restaurants are just nearby. My family, including the kid, loved it so much.
I would especially like to thank Ms. M.G. Kim at the front desk. She offered us warm help and thoughtful suggestions without any impatience. Your bright smile is as lovely as Jeju itself, and I hope to come back and stay here again someday.

MmofeadThe room itself was decent, and you could see the ocean right from it. The location is good, just about a ten-minute taxi ride from Aewol-eup. There's a CU convenience store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. There's also a Starbucks about 100-200 meters away on foot. The sea view from downstairs is pretty nice too. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; the sliding door to the toilet was a bit broken and sometimes wouldn't open.

You can definitely sit by the large floor-to-ceiling windows and watch the planes queue up for take-off and landing at Jeju Airport – truly the best, no contest! The entire hotel, inside and out, exudes style, bustle, and immense popularity. The staff at the entrance expertly direct all incoming and outgoing vehicles, keeping everything orderly. A special thank you to the short-haired, English-speaking front desk lady who checked us in immediately because a room was available – far better than the Parnas Lotte! If you're on the 22nd floor or above, you'll need to take a different elevator. The hotel provides free shuttle service on a city loop to Shilla Duty-Free, Baojian Road, and Dream Tower, along with airport transfers, which is super convenient. In the alley behind the hotel, there's a Compose Coffee and a Wandu Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) place that I highly recommend. I'll definitely choose Grand Hyatt again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with my daughter for our bike trip, planning to visit Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) the next day. The price was incredibly low. The front desk upgraded us to a twin-bedded room for free since I was traveling with my child. Room 407, with its twin beds, was amazing! The room was spacious, and we could even bring our bikes inside – there’s a bike rack in the room, haha. There's a microwave, and kitchen facilities are available, but be warned, there are no utensils whatsoever. The elevator mentioned a free swimming pool from May, but it was empty, probably because it was too cold, haha. I didn't take any photos, but I highly recommend Room 407 for cyclists.

GGuest UserAs someone who is always picky about hotel rooms, I specifically came to leave a review because this place is truly worth it. The hotel is very large, and the service is incredibly welcoming. As soon as I got out of the car, someone greeted me, explained the check-in time for the afternoon, and helped store my luggage. If you arrive early, you store your luggage first and then check in, which is different from the Parnas next door. The Louis Vuitton store was quite crowded, so reservations were needed. This is a garden-style hotel, with beautiful sights at every turn, showcasing its former luxury everywhere. Although the facilities aren't the most modern, the cleanliness is exceptional. Every corner, including the balcony, was clearly meticulously cleaned, which deserves a big thumbs up! 👍 All items in the mini bar are chargeable, unlike the Parnas where they are free. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is also excellent.
Exiting the hotel to the right, towards the Louis Vuitton store, there's a brunch spot I highly recommend. Their coffee and bagel set is substantial and delicious. They have self-ordering kiosks inside, and you definitely need to get a bell pager in advance. The tofu salad is great for a nutritional boost. Next door is a 7-Eleven, across the street there's Thai food (didn't try it), and diagonally opposite there's a BBQ place (didn't try it). Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find the Teddy Bear Museum, a castle-themed Starbucks, and O'Sulloc Tea Museum. Walking for a maximum of 30 minutes from there gets you to the Jusangjeolli Cliff. It's truly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Oh, and behind the windmill is Olle Trail Route 8, and walking down from there leads you to Jungmun Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing.
