Hotels With Spa in Jeju Province, South Korea

We stayed in Jeju for an 8-day, 7-night vacation, 5 nights at Parnas and 2 nights at Marriott. Our whole family preferred Parnas. The Parnas pool is huge, and breakfast is abundant with a rotating menu every three days, so even after five days, we didn't get tired of it. We booked a club suite, and the executive lounge food also had a rotating menu every three days, so our family loved going there every evening for some food and drinks. Parnas has plenty of public seating for guests to relax, and the staff are very professional and warm. After check-out, I quickly received an email from Parnas surveying satisfaction across various aspects, showing their dedication to service and focus on customer experience. Marriott, despite being the most expensive hotel in Jeju, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variety. The brunch, while plentiful, was also identical on both days, which would definitely get monotonous if staying longer. Plus, the Marriott's layout is a bit complicated and involves a lot of walking around. If anyone is torn between Parnas and Marriott, I'd definitely recommend Parnas; it's more satisfying in all aspects. The welcome fruit and wine at Parnas felt much more thoughtful compared to Marriott's three oranges and a snack box.

The Shilla Jeju – A French Riviera-style Estate for Korean Chaebols The Shilla Jeju has a unique charm, exuding a quiet luxury reminiscent of the South of France. The interior design, done by a French company, features champagne gold, ultramarine, and creamy white tones. This top-tier resort landmark was built by the Samsung family in 1990. Hotel and Nearby Attractions Guide: 📍Two attractions: Jusangjeolli Cliff and the Teddy Bear Museum. Next to the museum, there's a Starbucks with 'I love you' written in Korean on the floor tiles. 😋Hallasan hairtail fish – highly recommended in reviews, absolutely delicious! Grilled, fried, and braised hairtail are all options. 🏨Inside the Hotel Every corner offers an elegant and beautiful backdrop, perfect for a trip with mom. 🏊🏻♀️Heated pool with a pool party and live band from 8-10 PM. 😋Dinner can also be enjoyed at the poolside bar, where you can listen to English party songs. Prices are around 200-300 per dish, and portions are generous. 🥐Breakfast can be delivered to your room, offsetting the buffet voucher. I chose the American breakfast: besides toast and muffins, croissants and Danish pastries were also available, delivered within half an hour. The buffet breakfast can also be exchanged for Chinese cuisine. 🌊Olle walking path by the sea + observatory: You can enjoy ocean views right from the hotel, no need to rush to popular cafes. 🛏I booked a sea-view room; there was no strange smell. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. The scented toiletries are exquisite, worth 200 per bottle, and include body lotion and conditioner. 💁🏻♀️Top-notch service. They offer turndown service in the evening, and room service is very responsive.

The overall service was good, and the rooms were marked with nationality, so Chinese-speaking assistance was available by phone. We could also request a child toilet seat. However, the overall facilities for families were a bit lacking compared to domestic parent-child hotels. There were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to bring our own or buy them from a vending machine. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided per day, and anything extra had to be purchased. Seogwipo City felt better for exploring than Jeju City, and both were about the same distance. Hyeopjae Beach is highly recommended. There was a sashimi place in the complex that was delicious, but Mom's fried chicken was just okay. For BHC fried chicken, the front desk could help order delivery, and it was a 15-minute walk away.

The facilities are clean and the location overlooking the sea has a wonderful view. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is spacious. Language barrier can be a bit tough and the bath towels could be upgraded and renewed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I discovered Donnaekohill Resort while looking for accommodation in Seogwipo. I loved the quiet location, Olle Market isn't far, the swimming pool is perfect for visiting with children, and major tourist attractions are close by. The accommodation is also spacious, so I would definitely stay here again if I visit again. The friendliness is a bonus.

The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside that takes you to Olle Trails 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, which is incredibly convenient. There's a 7-Eleven and a CU convenience store downstairs, making it easy to grab supplies. Olle Market is about a 10-minute walk (uphill), and the popular cliffside cafe is just 4 bus stops away. The room was very comfortable, but the only downside was that the air conditioner vent was pointed directly at the bed. It got cold and gave us a headache after a while, so we ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed to solve the problem. Also, it was a bit surprising that the front desk staff didn't know about the Olle Trails or where the tourist center was located.

Definitely our favourite stay in Jeju — the service was excellent from start to finish. We were warmly greeted at the entrance, where the staff helped with our luggage, directed us to the carpark and explained where to go for check-in. The carpark was spacious, easy to navigate and had clear signage. The hotel lobby also smelled really nice. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. Check-in and parking were handled quickly. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the room was, with a great city view. The sheets and towels were spotless too. What really stood out was the attention to detail — the staff noticed we were travelling with our 4-year-old and had already prepared children’s slippers and a robe for us before we even reached the room. The outdoor pool was another highlight. It was heated, open until 11pm and had a beautiful view of the city. Towels and life jackets were provided, and the lifeguard and pool staff were very attentive. The glass panels could be cleaned a little more often to keep the view clearer, but overall it was a great experience. The complimentary shuttle to the airport and duty-free was very convenient, and the staff were helpful with our luggage throughout. The location is also great, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay with thoughtful service throughout — definitely deserving of its 5-star rating.

A wonderful family-friendly stay! Venga Stay offers clean, spacious rooms with two double beds and great distant views of the sea or mountains. It's tucked away from downtown next to a busy road, but the rooms and the communal area are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are great—featuring a free swimming pool, (paid) bike rentals, a convenience store, and an on-site café. Just note that breakfast requires a day-ahead reservation (with a few good options available). The highlight, however, was the incredible staff who were always friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's sea view is absolutely stunning; waking up to the ocean and the hotel pool every day was incredibly relaxing! It really maximized the vacation vibe. The walk to the beach offers beautiful scenery, but it's a bit of a trek. Service was generally satisfactory, though there was a minor hiccup when leaving. I had pre-booked the airport shuttle for the next day, and when I mentioned to the staff at the entrance that I had a reservation for the airport bus, they directed me to the public airport shuttle that you have to pay for, instead of the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport 🙃 A bit frustrating.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation.
