Anonymous UserOverall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good.
There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him.
Some cons and things to take note of:
1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion.
2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue.
3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea, coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay.
4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

Guest UserVery friendly and helpful :) breakfast was very nice!
Delicious food and great service. Also in room fishing was tasty and nice(see pic below!).
Location wise perfect to walk anywhere around the area(old market) or more vibrant area full of restaurants and cafes.
I was busy so couldn’t enjoy the pool but my mum went and she was very happy.
Only thing missing I would say toiletries products. We only got shower caps.
Cannot wait to be back!

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

The hotel is quite new, and the bed is very comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, and the staff were very good and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, served on the -1 floor. The sauna is on the -2 floor. If you need parking, please park your car at the hotel entrance and go to the front desk; someone will help you park. When you need your car, please inform the front desk. The sauna isn't always open, so if you want to use it, please notify the front desk in advance so they can prepare it for you. It's a short drive to the beach from here, and there are restaurants nearby.

Guest UserThe Grand Hyatt İzmir İstinyePark is definitely one of the most exceptional hotels in Izmir where you can experience comfort, elegance, and quality service all at once. From the moment you check in, the friendly staff and elegant atmosphere make you feel special. The rooms with Gulf views, modern decor, and impeccable cleanliness are truly impressive. The direct connection to İstinyePark Mall is also a huge advantage. It's a perfect hotel to confidently choose for both business trips and enjoyable vacations in Izmir. It definitely offers an experience you'll want to come back for.

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean, pleasant, and nice. We were satisfied with the spa facilities. The evening piano show was delightful to listen to. However, we couldn't enjoy the room's view because the windows were dirty from the outside.

No elevator, close to the airport, warm welcome electronic screen,
I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning.
The sink is not very convenient,
But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts.
Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.

Guest UserHotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out.
Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.
