The best location of the city. Great hotel and service. Good quality. Hotel parking requires extra payment daily. It is a landmark hotel of the city. The room had Nespresso machine.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

I had to wait for 1 hour at the hotel reception. Because your application used all the primitive conditions and sent my reservation to the hotel by fax, I tried to reach you for 1 hour. Although the hotel service was very good, I had this difficulty because I got it from your application. I'm sorry

After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

Location: There is a certain distance from the city center (bell tower)/seaside, about half an hour walk, but close to the tram (Gazi Bulvar Station) and train/subway (M1 line Besmane Station), there are many shops/restaurants around, and it is more convenient to travel. Facilities: facilities are more complete, the room size is good, daily room cleaning service is provided; underground there are additional pools, massages, Arabian bathrooms, etc. Breakfast: Breakfast is rich in variety, with a variety of breads/desserts/drinks/fruits, etc. Parking: The entrance of the hotel is a narrow alley that teaches and can stop. Valet parking, but there is a staff member, the parking lot is a certain distance from the hotel, guests may have to wait for a while, it is not very convenient In general, in addition to parking inconvenience, the price is still relatively high

Pelin A. Kahyaoglu, the navigator. Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

It is easy to find in the center of the city and the staff are very friendly. Especially, it is so good to park. Breakfast is delicious and very good. I recommend it
