Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)

Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.

An absolutely amazing cave hotel! We visited in winter, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was incredibly warm, thanks to the heated floors. The room itself was quite spacious and full of character. Breakfast was also very generous, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rose, who was just lovely. You can even enjoy the sunset from the hotel's rooftop, and the view is just as stunning as the nearby observation deck, saving you the cost of going there. We were also lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying on both days we were there, making for a truly perfect trip!

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Sacred Mansion’da geçirdiğimiz 2 gece 3 gün, Kapadokya’nın mistik ruhunu en derinden hissettiğimiz anlarla doluydu. Otelin her köşesindeki o devasa, büyüleyici heykeller ve Lilith Restoran’ın olağanüstü atmosferi tatili bambaşka bir boyuta taşıdı resmen. Estetiğin, konforun ve tarihin bu kadar zarifçe birleştiği çok az yer var bence. Bu otel sadece bir otel değil, adeta yaşayan bir sanat galerisi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca personelin profesyonelliğinden ve odaların o otantik yapısından, temizliğinden, kişisel ürünlerin kalitesinden çok etkilendik. Özellikle Lilith’te akşam yemeği yiyip o heybetli heykellerin arasında vakit geçirmek büyüleyiciydi. Kapadokya’nın ruhunu bu kadar klas bir şekilde yaşattığınız için teşekkürler. Her detayıyla kusursuz bir deneyimdi, mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz.

Not only the exterior but the interior was also very beautiful. Our room was a suite, which was spacious and roomy enough for two people. Before coming here, I had imagined it would be cold inside the cave, but the floor was warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a cave hotel with a great view.

We traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.
