While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean.
I was very happy with the room.
The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together.
Went down for business conferences. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. It was in a central location of downtown. We had no issues while we were there. Will book here again.
It was not even noon when we arrived at the hotel, and the beautiful staff at the front desk let us check in directly, which was a big surprise. The second floor of the hotel is directly connected to the mall. I hadn't been out for a few days and was right next to the mall and the hotel, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, unlike many old American hotels, it was very new. Minnesota Nice really experienced it đ
My wife and I stayed at the Doubletree in the Midgie Minnesota, while we attended a Brantley Gilbert concert. It was a very fun time, the room was exceptional. We had a blast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at a very nice and clean hotel.
Very good, the hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is only 30 minutes away from the airport. There is a slightly older lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and friendly. Except that the hotel price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, everything else is satisfactory!
Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Donât miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Mannyâs Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

It's okay. Asking the front desk to call a taxi is a trap. It's best to use Uber yourself. It's more reliable for us Chinese people.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a mustâI booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage Iâve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.

CColleen NelsonThis would have been PERFECT except that on our last night, it sounded as if there was a track meet going on in the room above us. Ground floor room had a great view of the the lake and just steps to the boardwalk. We were.there to watch big ships come & go (husband thing) and couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was large and very clean...with new flooring, great windows that opened, and a comfortable bed.
GGuest UserIt was a good hotel for the price. Good rooms, in good state, and clean. Only the pool wasn't working, which was a bummer. Breakfast is good. Nothing is really warm already though, despite the description at the entrance of the breakfast area. Everything that you end up eating warm, you had to heat it in the microwave. But they have good and tasty options.

PPaulaIt was a lot of fun to see a concert there and before hand we ate at the steak house and it was spendy but well worth the taste of the food! Service was great, people were friendly! The place is huge, but very clean!
WWilliam NottStarted out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.
