The price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.
Fingers Lake By the lake, the scenery is beautiful, that is, the windows of the room are not large, which is a pity. The room was clean and tidy, quite satisfactory, the two beds were big and comfortable, enough to sleep four people. Dinner on the balcony of the hotel restaurant, each dish and dessert are delicious, the price is reasonable, that is, there are many guests but the waiter has one, and you need to be patient. In short, the hotel rooms and restaurants are very satisfied, I hope to go on vacation again in the future.
Very nice hotel staff was very professional and very friendly and thanks for the cookies each day and the cookie jar very convenient to restaurants and our fishing boat
The room is small, the bathroom is smaller, the bathtub is difficult to get into, basically it can be said to be blocked. Winning is providing charcoal, you can point the fireplace in the living room, it is quite atmospheric. In the villa, several rooms have average sound insulation, and the sound of neighbors opening the door penetrates the room... The stone house is more distinctive, the nearby lake is very beautiful, the feeling in the forest, and the air is very good. Maybe it's better to come here in summer.

The hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .
The hotel is ideally located in Midtown Manhattan. We traveled to New York by train from Washington D.C., and it's about a 15-minute walk from Penn Station. It's also very close to Fifth Avenue and the Empire State Building. For exploring downtown attractions like Wall Street or uptown areas such as Central Park, the subway is definitely your best bet – I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi.
Right next door on the ground floor, there's a very popular bar. If you enjoy a drink, it's a great spot to experience American city nightlife. Dining options nearby are plentiful, with everything from BBQ and Japanese cuisine to Cantonese dishes and even Shanghai xiao long bao.
Overall, I found Manhattan's cleanliness to be somewhat lacking; the smell of ******** was quite noticeable on the streets, and there were homeless individuals visible in the vicinity. The room itself was a bit small, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which somewhat disturbed my sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, with a subway station just outside, many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is also convenient to go to attractions.
The room is average in size, with a cooking counter, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.
In addition to the room fee prepaid online, the hotel also charges an additional fee of US$25 per day. However, this fee includes the ability to pick up US$25 worth of goods at the canteen every day, and also gives two people a Statue of Liberty cruise ticket.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is good.
A quiet hotel in a quiet village, the rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The breakfast is rather monotonous, and the Chinese stomach can only eat some cold fruits. There is a steak house downstairs that tastes good. There is nothing else to eat nearby, and there are many choices if you drive out for ten minutes.
By the way, there are no slippers in this hotel, please bring your own if you need them.
Excellent location near NYU where my daughter was graduating. The front desk staff was very courteous, professional and accomodating of special requests.
The room was typical New York size for the price point but comfortable and clean. The amenities look good but we didn't utilize any of them so I can't comment.
The room had bathrobes and slippers which were nice but more importantly, an umbrella which was very useful as it was raining and I neglected to pack one.
Check out was a breeze so what more can anyone ask? Highly recommend.

GGuest UserHorrible experience with Service & Unnecessary charges
a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu. The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food, $10 of delivery charges and $13 of taxes totalling to $52.
So 1st you are charged $40 as City charged and in lieu of that the coupon of $30 for food given to you even if u stuck to your understanding $30 you would have paid more than $52 means extra $22
It gets more interesting when they tell you, that you cant use this $30 for breakfast.
This is like a Ponzi scheme.
b) One of the rudest In-room dining call you will ever attend. I asked what is XXXXX, revert: you should read about it, this is not in my job profile, I only take orders. Fab experience 😍
c) I requested that since i was lactose intolerant could the hotel be kind to deliver 1/4 cup of Almond milk, just enough for a cup of tea. I am told that is possible and then a full cup of milk with $10 + taxes = $13 is charged for simple request of Almond milk.
d) You are not eligible for even a single bottle of water in a so called 5star hotel or so.
e) Servicing the room was not in list, had to go twice over to reception to ensure that room no is added to list of rooms to be serviced in the day.
f) The Coffee machine wasnt working and one had to request for a simple electric kettle to warm water for tea/coffee.
g) The Jet spray in the washroom commode was jammed and not working.
GGuest UserGreat location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds. The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice. The hotel is older and it definitely shows. We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet. The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.
GGuest UserThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.
GGuest UserStaff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.
YYexingyunThere's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious.
The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean.
YYuanfenbaobeiThe room is OK, but the big bed is relatively small. domestic five feet
However, please improve the detailed procedures for deduction of hotel services!
1. If you stay for three days + stay for one more day, you will be deducted an extra day’s room fee of USD 4,300
2. It is agreed that the deposit is 300 per day, 900 for 3 days, and 2700 US dollars will be deducted directly for check-in
This math skills are really not good 🤷♂️
