I stayed at this hotel for my entire trip to New York. The location and view were perfect, and the bed configuration was perfect for three people. The breakfast menu didn't change much, but it was nice to be able to start my day with a filling meal. However, one thing I overlooked was the size of the bed. It was a double, not a queen (it was listed, but I didn't see it). I'm not sure of the exact size of the single bed, but it definitely felt smaller than my bed at home. Also, there was no electric kettle, so I requested one, but the one I received was rusty inside, making it unusable. Despite a few shortcomings, I still recommend this hotel. Besides the location and view, even though it's a high-rise building, there were no issues using the elevator. The room was spacious enough for my luggage, and the washer and dryer were very convenient.

Ithaca is located in a remote area, but the price/performance ratio is the highest. The facilities are more complete than those of a four-star hotel. The service is friendly and warm. It stands quietly in the mountains.

This is a decent property. Its kind of slow so my room was upgraded which was very nice. The room was clean. They have a nice breakfast spread.

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and understanding. She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever. Thank you!!!

Fingers Lake By the lake, the scenery is beautiful, that is, the windows of the room are not large, which is a pity. The room was clean and tidy, quite satisfactory, the two beds were big and comfortable, enough to sleep four people. Dinner on the balcony of the hotel restaurant, each dish and dessert are delicious, the price is reasonable, that is, there are many guests but the waiter has one, and you need to be patient. In short, the hotel rooms and restaurants are very satisfied, I hope to go on vacation again in the future.

Amazing accomodations, clean, friendly staff, good food, and a ridiculously low nightly rate!! Will definitely be going back!

Tolerance, hotel recommended by the company 🏨. Because we are a design department, we are more creative. It is really great that the headquarters recommended this design hotel! ! ! Environment: If you are a fashionista and a trendy person, this hotel is perfect for you! Most of the people staying here are young people. The whole hotel is very fashionable, with bright details and many small surprises. What impressed me the most was the infinite loop video in the elevator. It was really amazing. The top floor is a swimming pool and disco bar, where you can go and have fun at night when it’s very high! The soundproofing of the hotel is very good, don't worry Hygiene: The aisles are very bright and the lighting fixtures are well chosen. There was a slight musty smell in the room when we first entered it, which is acceptable in most hotels. Facilities: I have king size, but the room is not very big. But I love the interior design! There is an ottoman, long sofa and oval table, which is enough for two people to work and put on makeup. Special mention for his bed🛏! ! ! This is the one I will never forget the most since I have slept in so many hotels! ! Seems like I know what brand of mattress! It’s so comfortable! ! BTW the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the brands are good. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided, please bring your own. Foreigners are more concerned about environmental protection. Service: Breakfast is generally not provided, but room service is available. There are also two restaurants at the door where you can eat from morning to night. The food is good. Moreover, the neighborhood is the very fashionable Chelsea mkt, which is just two steps away and has everything you need for delicious food!

The hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .
