I liked the central location

The room was OK. The air conditioner was the type with a loud indoor unit. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom (or it was broken). The service staff did not speak English or Spanish (all foreigners and South Americans), but they were very enthusiastic. The breakfast was good. There was a touching old employee named Rudy who started serving at 4 am every day. The key often did not open the door lock 😅

Transfer overnight booking, you can call the front desk to book the airport shuttle, pick up the plane for about 20 minutes (the time informed by the front desk is very punctual), drop off the plane every hour, so you may need to be more in advance. The breakfast at the American hotel is quite satisfactory. It is enough for a transfer for one night, winning in the price/performance ratio.

Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!

It was a great stay for a short weekend.

Wonderful suite ! Great experience beside a 6.00AM wake up call that wasn’t requested… But they did a commercial gesture on my bill.

The room was neat, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included omelets and meat patties, and the yogurt and milk were of good quality, which was considered good among American breakfasts! But the room smelled of perfume or aromatherapy, which was not very accustomed to! The location was in a small alley, and there was a bar on the corner, so I was a little worried about going in and out at night. It was about an 8-minute walk from the river walk, and there was a popular BBQ restaurant along the way. It was about a 13-minute walk to the Alamo Museum. A very cost-effective hotel!

One off the staff members very rude for no reason not professional at all

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, there is a restaurant, there is a gym and so on. The restaurant is rich in dishes and tastes good! Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy! Environment: The hotel has an elegant environment, complete surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. Service: The hotel service is warm and thoughtful.
