We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!
The hotel lobby service is very average. The bellhops who drove to the lobby door were not enthusiastic and did not greet guests quickly. You had to call them. The check-in staff were also not enthusiastic and inefficient. Shouldn't they be enthusiastic and quick when you stay for two nights and extend your stay the next day? But the woman was impatient and perfunctory👎; the price is not low for local consumption. A very small room costs more than 1,500 RMB a night. Hilton is a five-star hotel, so shouldn't it provide corresponding services? The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the soft service training is very poor. Because the hotel is remote and similar to a park, the driver who picked us up could not reach the hotel entrance due to the road closure caused by the local sports meeting, and the hotel shuttle bus was needed to take us out. After the bellhops sent us to the parking lot outside, he didn't even bother to help take the luggage out of the car, and just stood there waiting for us to take it ourselves. I really don't understand how the staff are trained. The service is very poor.
The location near the Registan and Timur's Mausoleum is ideal. Located in an old neighborhood, it's wonderful to walk around and experience everyday life. The cleanliness, reception, and room service are all excellent. The Wi-Fi is very good at reception but terrible in the rooms. The pool is shared by families in one-hour shifts, which seems to be culturally appropriate. Both the sauna and the pool are very nice, but you'll need to book in advance.

This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Registan Square in Samarkand, and it seems that a wedding hall for locals is also located next door. The luxurious interior matches that, and the lobby entrance raises your expectations for your stay.
One of the hotel staff spoke a little Japanese, and although he spoke broken Japanese, he greeted me kindly with a ”hello.”
The room had an elegant atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very satisfying and delicious!
About 15 minutes walk to Registan Square. About 7 minutes to mini shop. It is located in a residential area in the back of the old town.
The courtyard is comfortable and you can feel the wind in the terrace seat. Breakfast is served individually. It serves quite a lot of fruit.
The room took off the shoes in the corridor. I stayed for 4 nights, but on the 3rd day there was cleaning and towel replacement.
There is a toothbrush in the room but there is no cup.
The air-conditioning is also good. Shower room, suitable hot water flow is good.
Check out on the way back and send it to the train station for free by the car arranged by the owner.
The owner of the inn, the eldest son, is friendly and speaks various English.
Located in upmarket district of Samarkand. Within walking distance of Registan Square through a beautiful park. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff very polite.
The room is very spacious, the house is novel, the mattress and lighting are great, the counter staff service attitude is also super good, meeting all our needs! ㄧ A few steps away from the hotel, there is everything you need for a super large supermarket.
The only thing is 3 kilometers away from the core attractions, but the cheap taxi will not cause any inconvenience.
Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.
