Hotels With Spa in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

Great location only minutes away from the amazing registan square. Breakfast selection is wide and recommended and a large variety of cold and hot options. Fairly priced. Overall the room is small, walls are thin, hence easy to hear sound of the hall way. Further, upon check in, the hot water kettle is used with water and black liquid inside without cleaned - mentioned to the cleaning staff, remained uncleaned for the next three days. The pool and sauna required booking ahead of time which made it hard to utilize.

The hotel front desk service was excellent. I believe the gentleman named AMAZIGEN (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was the best; he helped me call and notify local clients, which I genuinely appreciate. Of course, the other staff members were also great, and the hotel's chef prepared breakfast every day. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

Проживали в отеле 2 ночи, понравился сервис на рецепшн и на завтраке, все очень доброжелательные) сам отель очень уютный и красивый! Внутренний двор очень милый, из номера с видом на сад видно Мечеть Биби-Ханум) Расположение хорошее, недалеко от площади Регистан) немного не оправдал ожиданий ассортимент еды на завтраке, он был достаточно скромен (сравниваем с отелем 3* в Ташкенте, там разбегались глаза), но голодным , конечно не останетесь)

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too.

Отель отличный, в плане чистоты, сервиса. Завтрак очень достойный, расположение прекрасное, место тихое. Одно но))) почему то у них нельзя лежать на диване на ресепшен, первый раз столкнулся с таким)), а так все отлично, идут на встречу гостю!)

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

The hotel is quite new, everything feels fresh, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. The room is spacious. However, the service 'lags significantly.' It's clear there's a lack of proper management: laundry services aren't set up, the phone in the room is useless, the TV isn't connected to channels, the shower partition isn't sealed properly, so you end up in a puddle after showering, and so on. I hope the staff quickly rectifies these shortcomings and hires an experienced manager, as all these minor inconveniences detract from the overall impression of the hotel.
