I came to Suning, Cangzhou for some business. Because I had to catch an early train, I specifically chose this Bu'er Hotel, which is closest to the station. I thought most accommodations around the train station would be old and barely acceptable, but the moment I opened the door, it completely broke my stereotypes, and the experience was incredible! 💯 The location is truly superb Coming out of the Suning Railway Station exit, walk towards the northwest corner and you're there; it's just a 2 or 3-minute walk. For those dragging big suitcases or catching a late-night train, this sense of security of being able to "relax as soon as you step out of the station" is something only those who've experienced it will understand! 🚗 Driving or taking a taxi is also very smooth. Juxian Street has convenience stores and local snack stalls nearby; it's vibrant but not messy at all. 🛏️ Immerse yourself in the relaxing, wood-toned aesthetic The entire hotel design follows a Japanese-style minimalist wood aesthetic. The warm yellow lighting paired with wood tones sweeps away the fatigue of the journey. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was a faint fragrance in the air 🌿. What impressed me most was the bedding; it was the perfect balance of soft and firm, the pillow had just the right amount of support, and the quilt was fluffy and dry, with no dampness at all. I was worried it would be noisy because it's near the station, but once the double-layered soundproof windows were closed, the room was so quiet I could only hear my own breathing, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. 🚿 A perfect score for the detail-oriented The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, with strong water pressure and instant hot water, making showers very refreshing. The toiletries are high quality, and the socket layout in the room is very reasonable; you can easily charge your phone and laptop on both sides of the bed, which is extremely friendly for business travelers 💻. The front desk staff were super gentle and helpful, handled check-in and check-out efficiently, and enthusiastically recommended authentic local tofu and huoshao. Whether you are coming to Suning for a short business trip or a quick layover, this hotel's value and comfort deserve a full score. When I left and put down the room card, I had already silently added it to my "must-return" list. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come! ✨

Climbing Mount Tai, we were accompanied by clouds and mist, admired cliff carvings, and watched the sunlight peek through the clouds... We took a scenic shuttle bus from Tianwaicun to Zhongtianmen, climbed the steps to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, reached Yuhuangding, descended to Nantianmen, took a cable car back to Zhongtianmen, and chose to exit the scenic area through Hongmen, avoiding backtracking. Our visit lasted nearly 7 hours. Mount Tai truly deserves its title as the foremost of the Five Sacred Mountains.

A mainstream musical culture. Therefore, the development and changes in music are closely related to the integration and rise of the ethnic society at that time. During the Northern Wei Dynasty, the Western Liang style was dominant. This is reflected in the carvings of the Yungang Grottoes. The Northern Wei Xianbei were not only a nomadic people who relied on hunting and riding on horseback, but also a nomadic people skilled in singing and dancing. Therefore, among the many ethnic minorities in the north at that time, their musical development history was the fastest. In the winter of 398 AD, the first year of the reign of Emperor Guangwu, the Northern Wei established its capital at Pingcheng. At that time, the Minister of Personnel, Lang Dongyuan, compiled and established the music system, thus creating the court music and dance system. After the establishment of the capital at Pingcheng, a large number of... Korean historical records, however, mostly contain music without detailed descriptions. Therefore, music and dance were already quite popular during that period, and the Northern Wei Dynasty acquired these. Many artistic means were mainly obtained through war and plunder. Around 427 AD, four years later, the Northern Wei began to pacify the separatist regimes in the north, which was between the late 4th and early 5th centuries. They defeated Helian Chang and acquired a set of ancient court music, a collection of songs and dances, which were then used for large-scale migrations and poetry. In 439 AD, the fifth year of the Tai Nian era, the Northern Wei began to pacify the Northern Liang, attacking what is now Wuwei, Gansu, and acquiring a large amount of manpower. Returning to the Pingcheng period, we mentioned that in a short period of 64 years, the Yungang Grottoes were carved. There were four waves of craftsmen who came to build the entire Yungang Grottoes. The first wave, which we are discussing, consisted of people from Liangzhou, Gansu, who were essentially the same craftsmen who were brought from Dunhuang and used to create the Yungang Grottoes. So, those who have visited Yungang Grottoes in person will exclaim why Yungang is so beautiful and breathtaking. This is because the foundation laid by the first group of craftsmen was excellent. The second group involved foreign monks. Speaking of foreign monks, as you enter the caves later, you'll see many Western figures. For example, if you've watched our live stream and visited caves 9 and 10, you'll clearly see elephants. Elephants are practically unheard of in northern China; we only see them in Xishuangbanna or India. The fact that we see elephant carvings in northern grottoes clearly indicates that these are works of foreign monks. The third group is the Zhongshan Jiangxi (a type of folk opera), which is associated with the people of Shandong. The people of Shandong are truly hardworking and resilient. The fourth group is the craftsmen from Xuzhou. So, there were four groups of patrons who came to the grottoes.
