Toilet broken, hotel dirty

I will book in another hotel next time. The hotel is very old, the carpet was nasty.

The hotel can be used. As is generally the case in the USA, it is age-appropriate.

Very dirty. You could hear the people above us walking. Their floors squeaked. The refrigerator didn’t work.

The floor in our room was dirty. My daughter noticed her feet turning brown so we took a wet towel and wiped the floor with it. It was so gross, wish I could post the pic here. I took it down to the front desk and the lady took a pic of it and said she would share it with the manager next morning (no manager on duty till 11am next day!!!) and they would call us to discuss. No surprise, they never called. I would never stay here again. Poor customer service and gross floors!

The room could have used some upgrades. But had great water pressure. Could definitely use a new mattress felt like you were sleeping on the springs. The breakfast was amazing!!! The pool was cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work.

We had no hot water and were not able to sleep due to noise all night from the laundry, mechanical room and running upstairs. Could not find anyone at the front desk when I checked out.

Bathroom was clean. Chairs showed use and need to be replaced. Elevator and vending room not clean.

room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Chlorine use was heavy to kill germs but left a smell in my nose and irritated my skin so I had to put a tea shirt on the pillow to keep the chlorine from my skin. Not really complaining about the chlorine, just making the observation for others. Bring you own pillow if possible as my wife and son did. I was just staying for one night for a funeral and did not take the time to bring my own pillow. Other than the pillow and smell of chlorine, it was a comfortable stay and quiet. Also, the continental breakfast was great with many choices of food and beverage. The pool was nice and clean however I did not have time to use the pool.

I would stay here again. Wish I had brought my bathing suit. Quiet, clean hotel. This was just a stopover for the night. The man at the front desk on check in was very friendly and answered our questions about the area.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke upon entering and had fleas in it. I got bit several times.
