yes the beds where comfortable the rooms where nice the lady's at the front desk were very respectful an nice overall I'd give the facility a 8out of 10 score rating

Great service friendly even being short staffed!

The room was dirty and outdated the pool was closed and no one seemed to be able to help, one the worst stays in my 43 years.

The shower valve was broken. No hot water. Asked to be moved. Desk delayed. Finally moved to new room. Bug in the room the next morning.

Clean rooms and good service.

Right from the start we should have known to turn around and find somewhere else to stay. As we were checking in another guest was calling the front desk to complain about the room's condition. The front desk clerk was telling them that all the rooms were the same and that he could give them a refund if they wanted. When he was done on the phone I asked what was wrong with the rooms for that guest to want a refund. The clerk said that they were just under remodel and the tv didn't work, that was the only thing wrong. Well let me tell you, that is the furthest thing from the truth! As we walked down the hall you could immediately tell that this was not somewhere that you want to be with your family. The halls smelled like stale smoke and other unmentionables. Once in the room, the real horrors began. The walls were dirty, the fridge was rusty on the outside, and there was mold everywhere! Including a giant moldy hole above the showerhead. The "white" bedsheet had a yellow tinge to it where you would expect a person had been lying for quite a while. At this point we had seen enough and went back to the front to demand our money back along with 2 other guests. Word of advice, stay away from this hotel of horrors!

Do not stay here. Cockroaches and dirty boogers on the walls with other nasty thing. Says non smoking but smells like cigarettes and other smells. The worst stay I’ve ever experienced

Nothing worked lights didn’t work in bathroom. There was no hot water. The first room had no refrigerator or microwave. They didn’t serve breakfast either

The shower water was cold not getting hot and needs update om building rooms look old

Dirty room No heat. Heaters did my work. 10 below zero out side. Felt sorry for the clerk she was layered in clothing. In canceled my stay.

When I first walked in it was freezing cold in the lobby. They had not heat in the lobby. The receptionist had to check my room to make sure it was okay before I went back. They also mentioned a waterline break that could impact my stay. As I walk through the freezing cold halls to my room I notice the aroma of **** all over the hotel. I also see trash bags outside of peoples rooms, like people were actually living here. When I enter my room I notice that the reclining chair is all tore up, the fridge was dirty and my bath towels/wash clothes looked stained and didn’t smell very clean. I also notice they have no smoke detectors in my room. This place felt very unsafe. I felt like I was staying in someone’s trap house. The next morning I go downstairs for their “Continental breakfast” only to find a couple muffins, some cereal and coffee. Also the lady eating at the table said she’s been at this hotel for a week now. That’s when I knew people legit live here for long periods of time. Luckily I was only there to sleep and I was out the very next day, in a hurry. Avoid this place at all costs. Not family friendly and you’ll lose sleep wondering if some hood rat has a key to your room. 0/10.

Thought that I would come out to my vehicle in the morning and it would be on blocks, .vandalized.. Room has no hot water, no T. V, no microwave, wires hanging out of ceiling,.. one good thing about the place was it was roof over our head for the night. Top 5 of my list of worst places to stay
