Have much facilities, really love it. Will repeat to bring my family. The room also big.

This hotel located strategically in the vicinity of KL Centre, with public transports and shopping malls within walking distance. - LRT Ampang Park (5 min), MRT Persiaran KLCC (2 min) - The Intermark (6 min), KLCC (10 min), Pavilion (30 min) It has great indoor decorations with superb facilities, such as swimming pools, tennis court, squash court, gymnasium. It offers 10 meeting rooms that can be catered to various events and functions, such as training, strategic meeting, discussion and engagement, etc. The room is spacious, with bathtub and cooking wares provided, in addition to ironing board and refrigerator

All is good except the housekeeping team was late in delivering the toiletries. I had to make three different calls for every 30 minutes. The rest was OK and I am satisfied staying at this hotel

Room facility is old. Water is yellowish, not clean. Hotel lobby service is good. Others are really bad. Cheated by the rate scores. very bad experience

Located near to KLCC. Next to MRT where you can easily explore KL with public transport. Delicious breakfast especially the croissant. Spacious room.

Everything ok. The staff, the facilities, the food and the location. Will come again.

It was bad , toothbrush and toothpaste not provided. Slippers also not provided. No extra Tissue roll. Even I use the telephone to call for the service , they never come. I had to go down all the way to the reception to request something every single time. I called for 3 times already. At last the room service person came and he/she left the toothbrush sets outside of the main door. Never push the bell button to call us to open the door just because we put the “do not disturb” sign. It’s very frustrating. I paid for this hotel for nothing. Very bad experience. No power outlet in bathroom. I can’t use my hair straightener to style my hair in bathroom. No power outlet nearby to bed. So bad. It’s terrible. For entertainment, no music channels for tv. It’s not okay. Local food taste bad. Tomyam soup is sweet. ☹️ terrible !

It is a great location to stay as the hotel is in a walking distance to KLCC, Masjid As Syakirin and also beside a MRT station. A nice breakfast buffet spread especially a fresh baked croissant. The room is clean and spacious but the toilet seem outdated however the all facilities are working well. My room was assigned to be facing an iconic Tabung Haji bulding. I am satisfied with my stay and looking forward for my next opportunity.

Toilets didn’t flash well and leaked; no fan in the bathroom: wall/doors/wardrobes are old and peeling. The painting on the wall is depressing.

A nice short stay here. Everything is good. The room is very clean and spacious. The location is good as it is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Will come again to stay here in the future.

Near to LRT station, nearer still to MRT. Large living room, large bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Has a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was delicious, croissants freshly baked on site. Enjoyable stay.
