Check in attitude was so poor, the staff looked so depressed. This is not 5 star service. They didn’t even speak English. I try my best to use my broken chinese. For being in a metropolitan city like Changsha, I had higher expectations. Breakfast I would give 1 star. The chefs really tried their best to give me food I like, the breakfast staff and chefs had a nice attitude, willingness to help. Location is ok, in a quiet area, takes about 15-20 mins to main city area.

This hotel is very convenient and I felt comfortable staying here. This is my second time here. The environment is very good and the location is also very good. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The room had no smell, but overall I was quite satisfied. There are scenic spots around the hotel. It's more convenient to go anywhere. You have to swipe your card to enter and exit the hotel elevator, which is relatively safe. Our cute robots deliver takeaways pretty quickly.

The hygiene is very clean, the boss is gentle and well-equipped, but the room is very poorly soundproofed. I can't sleep at all for people with a bad quality of sleep. I was noisy for about an hour.

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic. Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean. Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left. Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.
