My good mood and great impression of Dalian started right at this hotel. The hotel manager was incredibly warm and thoughtful, both beautiful and kind-hearted. Not only did she help us store our luggage, but she also recommended many local specialty restaurants! The room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious, and I could see the city view of Donggang and the sea right from the bed! The transportation was also very convenient, and the neighborhood environment was super chill. Highly recommend! 🫶🏻

The room was very clean, and the lady who runs the place was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. The room itself was great – really spacious. I definitely recommend it! Plus, there's a night market right downstairs with tons of delicious food, and it's super convenient for shopping.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. Stayed here with a friend in Shenyang, and it was excellent! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities were very comprehensive. The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. The building entrance is quite discreet, but the location is close to the Xita Food Street. The room was so big it was almost unsettling 😂 very spacious, making it feel a bit empty. The shower in the bathroom wasn't separated, but it wasn't crowded, so it didn't bother us much. Everything else was well-equipped, and the room was clean; overall, it was great value for money.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

This place is incredibly convenient, with a subway station, restaurants, and convenience stores all nearby. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I stayed in a sea view room and the view was absolutely fantastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit firm; it would be perfect if the mattress were a little softer. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian.

Before my trip to Dalian, I spent days looking at hotels and B&Bs, worried about cleanliness and being too far from attractions. After three days of searching, and because my child loves loft-style rooms, I finally picked this place. It was such a pleasant surprise! The elevator on the first floor was very convenient. The owner specifically gave us a sea-view room where we could watch the sunrise, and it was also close to the elevator, which was great for the kids and elderly. The room was clean and tidy, and the amenities were very comprehensive. Downstairs is Donggang and Venice, and it's easy to get to Xinghai Square and the Oceanarium by subway or a 20-something RMB taxi ride. There's even parking downstairs. It was a truly enjoyable trip, highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The location was great right next to the night market and the view was really nice as well!! Make sure to call or text the host when you arrive as it is a residential building and you need a key card to enter from the lobby! The host was super kind and helped me throughout my stay with any issues I had or anything I was curious about! 10/10 recommend if you’re visiting this amazing city ^^
