GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with this hotel! Even though we booked an economy room, it was the largest I've ever stayed in abroad. Our room opened up to a garden, and it was fully equipped, including kitchenware (just bring your own seasonings and oil). The supermarket right outside sells organic products, which are a bit pricey. You can drive to the Eurospar supermarket about 600 meters away for more options, but be mindful of their opening hours – they usually close at 7 PM and at 6 PM on Saturdays. The experience felt just like home. A stroll around the small town after dinner was also very chill.

AAnonymous UserWe had such a wonderful stay at Cooee Alpin in Hallstatt! ❤️ The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the area. Waking up to the stunning mountain views was truly unforgettable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast! 🥐☕️ There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. Everything was beautifully presented and made for the perfect start to our days exploring Hallstatt.

PPier 0Couldn't get a room on the first day, so they gave me one on the ground floor. The next day, after Ctrip helped me communicate with them, they moved me to the 4th floor, which had a good view. I had dinner at the hotel twice, and the food was pretty good. I recommend the steak. Breakfast was also nice :) I'd come back again if I have the chance.

WWuwenxidongdeyuerThe hotel has a great location; we arrived by train and it was just a short walk from the station. The hotel has a direct bus to Hallstatt, which is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who prefer Chinese food, and the dishwasher is a great help after meals. The only thing to note is that there is no hairdryer in the room; please contact the front desk in advance to avoid discovering this after showering.

The room is spacious and clean, but it is a bit cold. There was a small heater that I used, and it was very powerful.
The bathroom drainage is poor.
There are absolutely no amenities. There isn't even a refrigerator or kettle in the room.

BBe-Live TodayThe hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory.
A big thank you to all the staff!
A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

AAnonymous UserIt was Harry's House again, it was a complete accident haha. I only remember going there for New Year's Eve, but the weather was very bad, it was all foggy, but fortunately I felt it, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, and we said Happy New Year to each other

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

GGuest UserEverything was clean and very well-equipped; we really enjoyed our stay. There was even a bath set, scented candle, two welcome chocolates, a small moisturizing spray, and makeup towels—all included. The shower with its adjustable lighting was a real highlight. 😄
All the staff responded to our questions and requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. 👍 Two minor issues were noted immediately so they could be addressed promptly.
Breakfast was plentiful, and we could order additional items such as avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and soft-boiled eggs (at no extra charge). Any items that ran low were replenished upon request. Sitting outside under the awning was very pleasant in the summer heat.
The location is also fantastic, right in town, yet with hardly any traffic noise. You can reach Lake Mondsee in just a few minutes.
A private garage is available and very well-designed, although the parking spaces could be a bit wider and longer.
The price/performance ratio was good for us; we even seem to have saved some money through the booking service. However, the outstanding tourist tax, which has to be paid at check-out, could have been mentioned somewhere beforehand.
All in all, a top hotel for a relaxing holiday. 😎
