The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise. The room is very good, very comfortable and warm. Two bathrooms will send a lot of drinks in the refrigerator. There is a small bottle of red wine. It tastes good! There is an oversized balcony. Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

I had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt. The location is excellent, it is situated right in front of the boat dock, which makes it especially convenient for travellers carrying large luggage. It was very easy to access upon arrival. The room cleanliness was average, and the hotel does appear somewhat aged. However, the amenities were impressive for a European hotel. They provided a L’Occitane amenities kit and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the room does not have air conditioning, a fan is provided. The restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent and satisfying. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt for a night.

The girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

If you have the budget, ignore this review. I recommend staying during good weather, but if the weather is bad, like when it rained during my stay, the value for money is extremely low. Here's why: 1. The hotel's real advantage is the lake view and the hotel's lakeside facilities. If it rains, you can't enjoy these resources; after rain, the lakeside is shrouded in fog, visibility is extremely low, and you can't see anything. 2. The much-praised breakfast only wins in terms of presentation and photogenic appeal; it's actually very ordinary, with limited variety and not even reaching the standard of a typical hotel. Although there are made-to-order main dishes, the taste is also very average. 3. The rooms and bathrooms are relatively small and not very comfortable.
