I liked the hosting, excellent service, I only found the takes strange to be 220v since it is not common in the ES, but they borrowed me a transformer and gave everything right.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good; On one corner there is a Pharmacy, on the other there is a great restaurant and in the surrounding area there are several shops, bars, cafes and restaurants!
The break fast is very good!!! Various fruit options, cakes, breads and fit options too. We needed to anticipate our breakfast due to flight times and the restaurant staff and cook were exceptional!!!

I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.
The hotel is very well located. The facilities are new and the shower is wonderful!
Better than the shower, only the breakfast, we were impressed with the care. You can also have breakfast in the outdoor area, looking out over the sea and catching some sun. There was even a healthy cake option!
At breakfast we were well served by Thiago!
I didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.
