The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

This is my second stay at Xihai Hotel. The last time was five years ago with friends; this time I'm solo. After the snow, Huangshan offered rime ice and a sea of clouds. Last time it was clear skies + rime, this time it was clear skies + sea of clouds – Huangshan has been good to me! I personally think Xihai Hotel's location is superb. In the morning, you can start from the Welcoming Guest Pine (front mountain), head towards Bright Summit, and see many sights along the way. Staying at Xihai Hotel for the night, then going to Shixin Peak for sunrise the next day, and leisurely exploring the sights of the back mountain after breakfast before heading down – it's an absolutely brilliant travel plan!

Wanxi Hotel is located in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient. The Red Street is right next door, and there are all kinds of snacks in the entire location, which is impossible to eat. The hotel has convenient parking and the doorman is very friendly. Before check-in, you will be contacted by phone to ask about your room requirements, etc. When checking in, the staff at the lobby front desk are all smiling. The hotel room is well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, which I like, and can provide latex pillows. The guest room also thoughtfully prepares white fungus soup and fruit plate. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel service. Before check-in, the hotel staff Jiujiu added her on WeChat. When I communicated with her about some minor issues, she responded immediately. Then I found that the entire hotel staff responded and handled the problems very quickly and patiently. , no matter what position or position, the service attitude is beyond many other five-star hotels. The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Facilities: This hotel was renovated just 2.5 years ago, so all the facilities are brand new. It's the closest hotel to the Yunggu Cable Car. However, the room was very small and cramped. While I understand that's common for hotels on the mountain, the renovation smell was incredibly strong. It was everywhere – in the hallways and in the room. Closing the window was a real struggle due to the smell. On the plus side, the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, not cold at all, which was a huge bonus. Cleanliness: Generally very good. Environment: It's just 50 meters from 'Dreamland Brush' and 'Pen Holder Mountain', and 400 meters from 'Monkeys Watching the Sea'. The hotel provides a guide to take guests to see the sunrise and sunset in the morning and evening, and they take you to excellent viewing spots. Service: The service was fantastic. The concierge constantly updated us with various information, was always responsive to requests, and provided timely reminders. They also helped with activity bookings. During peak dining hours, you get a number, and they call you when your table is ready. The room even had down jackets, which were essential for watching the sunset in the evening. Complimentary activities: Dual tickets to Huashan Grottoes (excluding the puzzle-solving part): This is in Tunxi, an hour's bus ride after descending the mountain, so we didn't go. Cultural experience activities (Song-style tea ceremony/traditional incense making/Hanfu experience): Some require reservations, which the concierge will help with. Two cups of Qimen Black Tea or Huangshan Maofeng Tea: Available for experience at the tea bar.

The front desk is also very enthusiastic. When booking, I noted that I needed a quiet room. Manager Rumeng helped me upgrade the room to an executive king bed. I was very happy 😃. The room facilities are simple and generous, clean and refreshing. The room is also very clean. When I go out, I pay special attention to hygiene. It still makes people feel at ease. The transportation is convenient. Wanda Plaza is downstairs and it is not far from Erlijing Night Market. It was a very happy stay.

This guesthouse is a tranquil haven right in Tunxi Old Street. Parking is also super convenient; you just take the escalator up from the underground parking lot and you're there. The rooms also feature some beautiful murals and carved decorations, adding to the overall excellent vibe. My only suggestion would be to make the room lighting a bit brighter.
