Revisiting after 16 years, and the hotel service has definitely improved! I arrived quite late, and the hotel's personal butler even called to check in on me and offer some tips. Upon arrival, they also surprised my child with some local snacks. During the Chinese New Year holiday, the hotel had performances, which was a nice touch and made for a lively atmosphere. If you're visiting when the West Sea Grand Canyon is open, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. They even provide down jackets for sunrise viewing, along with other disposables, so you can pack light for your hike. The butler also thoughtfully shared sunrise times, temperatures, and routes. The food was delicious too!

Wanxi Hotel is located in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient. The Red Street is right next door, and there are all kinds of snacks in the entire location, which is impossible to eat. The hotel has convenient parking and the doorman is very friendly. Before check-in, you will be contacted by phone to ask about your room requirements, etc. When checking in, the staff at the lobby front desk are all smiling. The hotel room is well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, which I like, and can provide latex pillows. The guest room also thoughtfully prepares white fungus soup and fruit plate. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel service. Before check-in, the hotel staff Jiujiu added her on WeChat. When I communicated with her about some minor issues, she responded immediately. Then I found that the entire hotel staff responded and handled the problems very quickly and patiently. , no matter what position or position, the service attitude is beyond many other five-star hotels. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again hahaha.

This is my second stay here, and I still think this hotel offers the best value for money in the area. Parking is super convenient, and the location right next to the main street is perfect. The service and environment are excellent, and the breakfast has significantly improved since my last visit. It feels like the owner hasn't slacked off even though they've been open longer. This will definitely remain my top choice whenever I'm in Tunxi.

This hotel, built in 2025, is quite close to Shixin Peak but a bit far from Bright Summit. The hotel organizes sunrise and sunset viewing tours, but the sunrise spot at Shixin Peak seems a bit off-center – I wonder if Bright Summit would be better. If you head straight to the hotel after coming down the Yungu Temple cable car, it's not too far. The exterior looks a bit old and ordinary, but the interior decor is quite nice. The prices at the à la carte restaurant are quite high; the dinner buffet was 198 RMB per person. After comparing, I decided to go with the buffet. Neither the breakfast nor dinner buffet had a huge variety of dishes, but the dinner was relatively tastier. Since I was staying alone, I was quite concerned about room security. The safety latch on the door initially didn't work. After an engineer came to fix it, it could be locked. In the morning, someone knocked on my door, and I didn't unlock the safety latch to check. The entire safety latch just fell off completely without any force, rendering it useless as a security measure. This was quite startling and left me feeling uneasy; I've never encountered anything like this at any other hotel, especially not on a mountain. Although the room is small, I was quite satisfied with the facilities and decor for a hotel on the mountain. However, good hotel decor is only one part of the experience, and having the safety latch fall off was certainly a new experience.

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.

The hotel reception was very attentive; they arranged a king-size bed instead of a twin room I booked and even gave me a late check-out. Staying at a Sheraton for this price is a pleasant surprise; the hotel industry is really struggling these days.

Excellent location. Our room had the lake view. Absolutely beautiful. Clean room. Excellent customer service (always with a smile). Breakfast was good but would have preferred a bit more of western food. Overall - excellent 🤗

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, located just 100 meters from Paiyun Pavilion. The location is superb; it's a mere 100 meters to watch the sunset, and only a 20-minute uphill walk to catch the sunrise, which isn't tiring at all. The rooms are great, fully equipped with all amenities, and they even provide down jackets and flashlights for sunrise viewing. Dining offers great flexibility, with both à la carte and buffet options for dinner, and a rich breakfast buffet. The service is excellent; the housekeeper and front desk staff are very attentive. The sunrise arrangements were well-organized, with a guide leading the way and showing us the path. Very happy with everything! The only minor drawback is the lack of an elevator, but considering it's a hotel on a mountaintop, it's acceptable.

This hotel is our top choice when traveling with kids! The location is excellent, the room has great natural light and ventilation, and it's spotlessly clean. It's also quiet and peaceful. The owner is truly wonderful – so warm and thoughtful! They even sent helpful tips before we checked in, and their responses to our questions were incredibly prompt. They made us feel like family, making our stay very comfortable. It offers great value for money and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Huangshan.

Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨
