The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the butler even escorted us to the elevator, explaining the way, which was fantastic. The Xihai Hotel is very clean, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant, among others. The interior decoration is very new and high-end, and the room was very cozy and clean. I'm not sure if there's heating, but the room was super warm, and it was truly therapeutic to return to the hotel after a day of hiking in the mountains. Plus, the hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food tastes great. For the price, it's very good value for money, much more cost-effective than ordering à la carte 😘 There were also some intangible cultural heritage performances around 7 PM, which were perfect for kids and kept them entertained. A big thank you to Xihai Hotel, it was wonderful. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends – just go for it!

Returning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

This hotel really deserved full stars for its service and environment, but my experience during check-out today changed my mind. After checking out around noon, I headed to the lobby entrance area to change into my spiked shoes (spiked shoes aren't allowed inside the hotel, and there's a bench in the entrance specifically for changing them). The entire entrance space was completely overrun by a noisy, budget tour group. While I was halfway through putting on my shoes, an elderly woman even told me to move so she could sit down. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing; they just stood there like stunned fish, seemingly wanting to say something but remaining silent. It was only when the group started sitting and eating that a staff member quietly mentioned that no food was allowed. The elderly woman completely ignored him. And then two old men just walked right past them and started exploring inside. Is this really the kind of scene you'd expect in a five-star state guesthouse?

Fantastic hotel. Staff are extremely helpful, giving us advice about Huangshan Mountain and also recommending (and booking with a discount) activities nearby, such as the Emerald Valley. Free transport and pickup from Huangshan South Gate is great. They even dropped us off in town once when it was raining to save us the short walk to get to restaurants (there aren’t many options right next to the hotel), which was very nice. Lovely, spacious, clean, modern room. Comfortable beds and great buffet style breakfast. I think they offer free wooden walking sticks too but we didn’t take them. Some staff speak English, and one of them very kindly came in the car to help pick us up from the Huangshan South Gate so that we could communicate with them via telephone to find them in the car park. Highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Wanda Hotel is a standard hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the background wall, which represents the local history and culture. It is very distinctive. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. When booking, I noted that I needed a quiet room. Manager Rumeng helped me upgrade the room to an executive king bed. I was very happy 😃. The room facilities are simple and generous, clean and refreshing. The room is also very clean. When I go out, I pay special attention to hygiene. It still makes people feel at ease. The transportation is convenient. Wanda Plaza is downstairs and it is not far from Erlijing Night Market. It was a very happy stay.

A hidden, ancient courtyard tucked away in Tunxi Old Street, featuring a stargazing loft where you can gaze at the starry sky and bright moon directly from your bed. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was able to lie in bed and watch the moon without stepping outside—it was truly dreamlike. The common areas are incredibly spacious; my child spent time practicing calligraphy and playing the guzheng, completely captivated. It was wonderfully relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from yesterday's hike up Huangshan.
