Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

The hotel is beautiful although the location is a bit uneasy due to the Chinese sign board. Moreover, the interior accommodation is very good. There is a fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, hotwater, toothbrush, shower gel, electric kettle, TV, spacious for two or three people because there is a couch too. It has beautiful window view and feels like a homestay better than a luxurious hotel. I love to go back here.

Service: The service is great! It is a family of three, each of which is very friendly. There is a pick-up station service. This is my favorite point. Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. You may have to go to snacks, but there is a pick-up station. I have no brain to call and wait for arrangements. I like 🥰! There is also a variety of breakfasts, very rich. Environment: It is a self-built house in a village, but the decoration is very good and the location is very spacious. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good. Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There is a laundry room and a place to dry clothes. The boss can also help rent an electric car or a car, which is really friendly. If you come to Pingtan next time, choose this one! ! !

Really grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier? Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish. I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view. Room was clean and nice. Slippers given. Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them. The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider. The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night. Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants. The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently. Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at Swiss Grand. From checking in to checking out it was a wonderful experience. They even gave us a complimentary playhouse for my kid. I have to specially mention the housekeeping lady for floor 18 黄小灵 that took care of us throughout the 7 days. She was meticulous and friendly, and gave us special treat and folded cute little towel dolls for us. Thanks you!

非常非常好的经验！衷心感谢！ Staying in this hotel made our visit to the World Heritage Site of Wuyishan so much more fulfilling. 1. The room was very clean, well-designed and well-equipped. There was an array of snacks, fruits and Dahongpao tea. A hearty breakfast was also provided. 2. The service was impeccable. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler. 3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains. 4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online. 5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao. 6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets. 7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

1500 business suite, 9 points for the view outside the window, 9 points for breakfast. The view when entering the room is indeed amazing, but only for the moment when entering the room. When you really sit in front of the window and want to enjoy it, you will find that the window frame really affects the view. The wireless network is useless and often disconnected, and the mobile phone signal is not very good. The minibar is empty. I don’t know if the soft drinks in the introduction refer to the two bags of tea and instant coffee. The introduction said that there is a butler service, but no one contacted us from before check-in to check-out. The air duct is noisy, contact the front desk to arrange for a maintenance technician to come to the door to deal with it. The bathroom floor drain has a serious odor and was woken up in the middle of the night. Only by turning on the exhaust fan can it be relieved. There is no hard pillow The two pairs of slippers given are small, and the size 43 feet cannot fit, and you have to ask for disposable slippers separately. The sofa is very dirty, and it is a sign that it has not been cleaned for a long time
