The courtyard garden is beautiful, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment. The rooms are well-equipped and provide a very pleasant stay. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs to unwind after your travels. The staff are incredibly attentive; they offered fruit tea upon check-in and proactively shared sightseeing routes and recommended local attractions. Their attention to detail made for a wonderful overall experience and a very comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the concierge at the front desk: after checking out, I realized I'd left something behind, and the concierge not only contacted me but personally delivered it back. Their responsibility and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything was impeccable, making for an absolutely amazing experience. If you're visiting Zhangzhou, staying here offers incredible value for money!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The service is professional and efficient, and everything is clean. The food is delicious, and breakfast is especially fantastic. The pool and gym are fully equipped, and the overall experience was superb. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

I didn't really plan much for my spontaneous trip to Xiamen this time. First off, the hotel's location is excellent – right in the bustling center but still easy to find. Second, as soon as I arrived, staff members Xiao Huang and Xiao Chen were incredibly welcoming, with big, sweet smiles. They were so friendly and professional, offering great tips for my itinerary, attractions, and popular restaurants on the island. 👍👍👍☺️☺️ The hotel itself has a fantastic民國 (Republic of China era) style. Stepping inside felt like traveling back in time, with that historical atmosphere filling every corner… If you're a history buff, you'll love taking your time to explore and discover. 😳😳 Plus, every night you get to enjoy peanuts 🥜 prepared by the hotel – outside, they'd cost you 7-10 yuan a bowl! But I won't ramble on, I'm about to eat. 🫣🫶 Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, if you love cats, you absolutely have to come and pet the little cat 🐱 by the hotel's entrance. And trying on the complimentary qipao (cheongsam) here, paired with the Republican era style, makes for amazing photos. I'm really satisfied and will definitely be back again.

Arrived at this Ningde hotel on the fourth night of the ***** New Year. It's located in the new district, near the CATL industrial park. **Facilities:** Excellent. They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment. **Cleanliness:** I'd give it a 70 out of 100. The room's details could definitely be improved. **Environment:** There's a nice lake nearby, great for a stroll. It's quite a distance from the city center, about 12km, which takes at least 25 minutes by car. **Service:** The service was pretty good, especially considering it was during the New Year period.

The next day, I went around looking for other accommodations, and I still chose to return to the blue. Not only is the overall atmosphere warm and elegant, the decoration materials are attentive, the room mattress is soft and comfortable, the hot water supply is sufficient, the sound insulation effect of the room is also very good, the stay is excellent, and the service is more intimate and impeccable. When I first arrived at the store, Miss Meiling smiled and warmly received me. When she led the tour of the room type, she explained the details of the room in detail. After confirming the selection of the room type, she took the initiative to help with the luggage and carefully allocated the air cleaning machine for me. Even if you wear a light skirt, you will still move back and forth to adjust, just to put the machine in the most suitable position, the intimate move makes people feel moved and embarrassed. When you go out for food on weekdays, the store staff will also recommend local specialties and practical play guides in time. Such meticulous warm-hearted services are difficult for most hotels to do. Staying for two nights in a row of full marks, a full score of 100 can give two hundred points, sincerely thank Miss Meiling and Miss Nini for their careful and thoughtful care. After a few years of returning to Jianyang, I deeply felt the rapid progress of the city. Whether it is accommodation hardware facilities or service quality standards, it is far beyond expectations. Staying here is full of a warm feeling of home. Guanlan B&B has become an excellent example of the Jianyang accommodation industry with its strength. What a waste of a good location, the service was absolutely disgusting, I'm never coming back! I was traveling with my child and had a reservation. We arrived at 1:30 PM, only to be told there were no rooms available and we had to wait. Fine, I'll wait. But when I asked when a room would be ready, they said they didn't know, just 'before 3 PM,' with a totally impatient attitude. Finally, at 3:26 PM, they told me a room was ready... Okay, I swallowed that. But then they insisted I provide my infant child's household registration or ID? My kid has been on planes and high-speed trains without needing an ID, why is it different here? I even endured that. The worst part was the staff member's even more atrocious attitude. She threatened me, saying if I didn't show the child's ID, she'd call the duty manager!! Are you kidding me? Am I here to be threatened by you? I've stayed in 95% of five-star hotels all over the world, and none of them have such unique requirements. If your rules are different, can't you just explain it properly? Why threaten guests???? Why don't you just call the police and accuse me of child trafficking??? What a joke!!!!!!!!!!

The room was fantastic, this is my second time staying here, and the staff's attitude always makes you feel right at home, like a very thoughtful and warm homecoming! The breakfast was rich and varied. I arrived early, and they also arranged airport transfers. Knowing I had an early flight on the day, they even offered complimentary breakfast, which I really appreciate! The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, with plenty of space. The air conditioning was very comfortable, and the quality of the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and tried their best to accommodate all my requests. It truly felt like coming home. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Jinjiang! The location is also excellent, very convenient for the airport, train station, and tourist attractions. Highly recommended!
