The hotel is located perfectly. It is in the center and on top of a shopping mall with many dining options. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered different dishes daily. Overall very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Jiayuguan.

Excellent place to stay in Dunhuang! Room is big but cozy and decoration is exquisite. Breakfast is hearty and you can have sparkling wine early morning 😀 Price is on the high side but hotel made up for it with top notch services! At night they have several cultural activities in offer. I was able to join 2 of them and it was pretty fun! Plus they have me free cocktail on my last night there. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Overall, the experience was excellent and highly recommended.

The hotel is very good, cost-effective, courteous service, and fruit is given. The bedding is comfortable and the two-meter bed is spacious. The overall environment is very good and I will come again. The sound insulation is average and acceptable. It should be fine if the windows are closed.

The location of the villa is very good. It is in a wetland park with a lake in front. You can take a walk by the lake at night without leaving the community. The lights by the lake are particularly beautiful and the night view is beautiful. Parking is also very convenient. The room was clean, tidy and upscale, and the experience was great.

As the last city of my sister and I's trip to the Northwest, I chose this hotel which opened last year. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk receptionists Xiao Rui and Xiao Dai were very enthusiastic and arranged for us to stay in the executive floor twin room with a wide view of the new city. The interior design is modern and the supporting facilities are complete, showing the Sheraton standard. The mattress and bedding are comfortable and the facilities are complete. At 9:30 in the evening, we went to the Chinese restaurant and enjoyed high-level service, tea and refreshing and delicious Cantonese cuisine, which soothed our southern stomachs. This morning, I went to the executive lounge to drink coffee, which was very comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

It was my first time to the Northwest, and I saw what a strong wind is when I left the airport! However, when I arrived at the hotel, it was unexpectedly grand, just like the generosity of the Northwest people. The housekeeper Wang Juanjuan at the front desk provided attentive service, and upgraded our room type for the second day for free, gave the children free coupons for breakfast for two days, sent foot bath supplies every night, and reminded us to eat beef noodles in the morning... Even though we couldn't go out because of the sandstorm, it was also very nice for the family to watch TV and eat in the spacious and high-ceilinged luxury suite. It was a happy vacation⛱️

The hotel is very close to the Jiuquan Museum, parking is very convenient, the decoration is more stylish, the whole house is smart, the front desk service is warm, a very good experience, recommended! The bath water is very good, very comfortable and very stable. Breakfast is very good, combining Chinese and Western. Chaos is delicious, there are noodles, soy milk, milk, various porridge on the day. Chinese dishes are very rich, there are many Western styles, pasta, small cakes, etc. Probably look at it, dozens of kinds have it.
