Facilities: All-inclusive, no complaints whatsoever. Couldn't think of anything missing. Cleanliness: Plenty clean, up to par for a hotel of this caliber. Ambiance: Highly recommended! Perfectly captures the essence of Dunhuang, with its desert frontier vibe and a strong ancient Chinese aesthetic. Service: Every staff member was incredibly polite and attentive. Finally, the breakfast restaurant is called 'Zhai Xing Ge' (Stargazer Pavilion), and you can also grab coffee there at other times. You can even gaze out at Mingsha Mountain (Singing Sand Mountain) from there. How amazing is that? Too bad I didn't take many pictures, I just typed all this out, but it's all true.

The hotel service was excellent. Since it was the off-season, they arranged airport pickup and even provided snacks daily. The location gets a big thumbs up; I walked directly to the high-speed rail station for my departure. There's also an abundance of great food nearby. Ma Xiaoying Beef Claypot was delicious, and so was Baifu. There's also Saomian nearby, which was an absolutely fantastic breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights, in order to take a good look at the Guan'egou in the scenic spot. But unfortunately, the name is not true. The 70 yuan sightseeing fare is really a bit expensive. We looked at the better-looking Goose Ditch, and the Guanzhu Ditch did not go. The hotel is very comfortable and the health is very good. It is a bit far from the city, because it is a long way to go to the city because of the bridge. After the bridge is repaired, it will be very convenient to go to the city. Hotel breakfast is 25 yuan, but there are a lot of vegetables and fruits, which is more suitable for our elderly, and it is also worth the money.

I traveled with my father and booked two double rooms, both near the road, which were a bit noisy. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 am, and it was packed with people. There were no seats, so we had to make do with a bowl of noodles and come back later. When we went back, we had to show our meal tickets. Luckily, there were two of us, so we had four meal tickets for the two double rooms, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to have breakfast. The TV was out of service. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Xiahe. If you want a more comfortable stay, this hotel is quite good. It's not far to walk to Labrang Monastery. Parking is free at the hotel, so you don't need to drive to the scenic area's parking lot. The price-performance ratio is quite good.

We stayed at the hotel on the way to Xinjiang. We didn't know the entrance to the underground parking lot before we arrived. We only found out that we had to go back more than 100 meters to enter the underground parking lot when we arrived at the hotel. We would like to praise the security guard who was on duty on the afternoon of July 9th for patiently guiding us to park. The underground parking lot was clearly marked, the hotel environment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bath water was good, disposable toilet covers, bath towels and towels were provided, fruit yogurt was given, free drinks were available in the refrigerator, and the breakfast was rich, including crabs, fish, crispy ribs and various vegetable snacks, etc. The staff was enthusiastic. Disadvantages: There are few sockets in the room, and the shower room partition leaks, causing water around the toilet, which poses a safety hazard.

The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

Vienna Hotel always gives people an extraordinary stay experience. We are very satisfied with the service quality of this hotel. From check-in to check-out, it is very smooth and pleasant. The room price is very affordable, cost-effective, and very cost-effective. We spent an unforgettable night here. We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.
